Disliked: Cleanliness

This unit needs love… a lot of missing things, old and very very hot despite the little AC unit.

Bad expérience. Very expensive for what it is. Broken toaster, missing chairs, dirty carpet everywhere, no bodyboard, no snorkle gears, missing food container, fan not enough strong to move air…. We had to move to another unit because of all the inconvinience. This was unacceptable for the price we paid.

Location is perfect, but the apartment is not what is shown online

The pictures are so edited that the house doesn't match what is shown online. Needs update in every room. There is AC in just one bedroom and the other bedrooms have fans. The fans are not enough for the heat of Kauai. We had to order more fans because of no air circulation.

Condition of condo does not match price of rental

Spent 6 nights at this condo. It is managed by Suite Paradise, so has no extra touches. I think it only had 2 pictures. Cupboards were pretty bare too. Bed was very uncomfortable. Master bedroom has window over parking lot. Bathroom is dirty. Shower needs replacing. Other condos very close. Location of Kahala is nice. Close to Brenneke beach and other spots in Poipu. Recommend looking for other condos in Kahala. Suite Paradise tickles and dimes a person for everything. Recommend renting from an owner.
