Reserve a 3 queen room but there was issue with that room. So they gave us 2 rooms for the price of one. The staff were very nice . The rooms were nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Last minute booking…

Was in Kingsville for Family Weekend at TAMUK, booked the hotel last minute. Was not really anything else available. The pictures online are deceiving. Check-In went well, staff was friendly. Room had some damage and tub would back up while showering. See pictures. There was only 2 body towels had to request wash towels and floor mat towel for shower.

Don’t do it. This place is old with no updates. There are long term residents living in the hotel that obviously run down the place. There are so many repairs this place needs. It was like being on an episode of “ Hotel Impossible” but Anthony Melchiorri never shows up.

Well the gentleman in the front office was friendly, but in the room I stayed the door couldn't lock the shower got a clotted they really needed to unclog it. The bed was comfy. They do need maintenance though. Everything else was ok.

I loved the pool, it was crystal clean. The staff was nice and attentive. The room had roaches and a funky smell. The blankets were stained and the tub was too dirty.

We ended up leaving and found a cleaner hotel. First thing we noticed before we got in the room- the screen on the window was broken, looked like someone tried to break in! Opened room door to the smell of marijana. Bed pillow cases were dingy, and an old sock was found in a drawer. Bathroom had only 1 towel (in a double bed room?) no hand towels and a completely empty tissue box. Shame on the cleaning crew. Worst hotel I’ve ever been too…so bad we left
