Everyone was given a hot beverage on arrival, the food was good, however the general meeting space was a bit small for the entire staff of 50. The environment was lovely and picturesque and the water was very refreshing. We recommend it for staff retreats.

Having to plan a trip for 12 people over 3 weeks was challenging but Suzy and her team not only rose to the challenge but helped me exceed anyone's wildest expectations....and I threw ALOT challenges. She always met them with a warm smile and a solution. It feels like you're with family...the ones you like. The villas were beautiful, great locations, clean and relaxing. I used all of them. Rafjam in the blue mountains is something out of a dream. A relaxing and transforming environment that I hadn't even planned for because of the drive but once I visited couldn't leave. Thank you thank you thank you see you again soon xoxoxo

I definitely recommend Rafjam's Bed and Breakfast! The host, Susan, was great, the place was clean, breakfast was good, and great views! Anything that was needed during our stay, day or night, was met in a timely manner.

Beautiful nature, terrible place, no food, no water to shower and nothing to drink! Home half under construction, very difficult to reach, no restaurant nor bar as it is half destroyed. Owners are not there and service very poor/ in-existent. The place is left on its own with no management. When we arrived, there was not even anything to drink. Everyday very little food as they claim they did no go to the market. I know its part of Jamaica to be very laid back, but here its very close to be a refugee camp. When we emailed the owner Susan to inform that there is no water to use in all toilets she blamed the poor guy Ricardo and threatened not to pay him! Total disaster, avoid this place.

We loved the peaceful quiet, the sound of rives running, birds and tropical breeze. Great breakfast and dinner! Great hosts! Can't wait to go back! Rasta Village not far away, Blue Mountain coffee, sweet romantic scenes

I stayed at their sister location in New Kingston. This was a wonderful experience . plenty of room in the house and very clean. Susan was an awesome host and the other guests were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had an opportunity to stay at City Home Air bnb in the heart of Kingston. I had a wonderful experience. The house was impeccable, and the staff was great. I felt safe and secure, and I’ll definitely stay there again!!

I stayed at their sister property in new Kingston. Susan and Krissy provide outstanding service. Quiet and comfortable location very close to new Kingston. Clean! True Airbnb with multiple rooms and bathroom set up. Staff is always present. They help you get transportation. Would recommend them to anyone doing a quick trip or looking to explore the city of Kingston. Rooms are cozy. Secure place. Thank you ladies for making my stay so amazing!! 💖💖
