Elegant new lakefront home on Lake LBJ hosted by Waterhouse Rentals. All 6 bedrooms feature King Size Beds and there is an abundance of space to enjoy all that Lake LBJ has to offer. You can relax poolside in the infinity edge pool and hot tub (pool can be heated for additional fee) while enjoying amazing views. You can also head down to the boat dock and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.

Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Residence III is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

Perfect Getaway

Had a great stay with friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone inside but the best part for everyone was the outdoor space. The pool was relaxing and the kids had a blast on the waterslide. Plenty of parking and a very convenient location with a nearby boat ramp, places to eat and H-E-B. Will stay again!

Great location! Perfect for families.

The house was wonderful! Location was even better. We are a large family and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the game table and pool and the adults loved lounging by the doc. The turf was a great touch. Mattresses and bedding were incredible. Host was very accommodating as well.

2024 Reunion

Our family loved the place for a second year in a row. Squawks: Downstairs had to be kept too cold due to heat upstairs. Maybe there is a second thermostat upstairs we did not find. The cook stove oven did not work, maybe due to a leaking top burner(back left). But, with such backup capability, we had no problems. At any rate, we would come back anytime.

Great for large family gatherings!

Perfect for our purpose (large family weekend getaway). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and it is VERY well insulated. There were 4 kids under 2, and we never woke each other up if a little one was crying. Having the pool with a water view and being able to walk to a couple of restaurants was so great - we never had to drive anywhere once we arrived. Beautiful large rooms (with spacious enough closets for pack n’ plays) with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. Would book again. The only things we did not like were some of what we felt were excessive fees (hourly charge for early check in request of $75/hour, charge for heating pool), and lengthy cleanup list despite high cleaning fee. Otherwise, very comfortable stay.

Perfection

This was one of the nicest properties we have ever rented. Just the right size, beautifully appointed and thoughtfully arranged. We literally had everything we could need. There was a powerful ninja blender, a heavy-duty stock pot for an impromptu crab boil, beach towels, ice maker. The linens were to swoon for... we all slept like the dead. Thanks for the terrific time. Fun was had by all. Pro Tip...the sunrise from the boat deck was magical. Worth getting up early for...even if you go back to bed. Best regards, CW

College Friends Reunion

What a beautiful home with gorgeous amenities and furnishings!!! We enjoyed the spacious and well appointed kitchen and BBQ area. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were perfect for our large group. The private bedrooms/bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The home is conveniently located to Boat Town Burgers - our favorite Kingsland area restaurant/bar!! We are looking forward to reserving for another stay soon!!

Great place to spend with large family

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is larger than it looks online. Every room was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Seems they thought of every comfort and convenience for this property, and we have stayed in a lot of properties. The property manager was instantly available for questions. I would highly recommend this property. We had 15 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies and were very comfortable in the house. Lots of amenities and extras game wise, and providing the life jackets was a nice bonus.

Very well constructed house. Lots of fun things to do.Most comfortable beds we have slept on in a long time.The family cooks really liked the convection oven.There was plenty of places to sit down & eat. Amazing stay

We had such an incredible stay, there was plenty of room for the 14 adults we had join us! Everyone had a bed and plenty of space in the shared space! The pool, dock and slide were also a huge hit! Would 100% recommend this to anyone and hope to come back!

AWESOMELY APPOINTED BEAUTIFUL LAKE FRONT HOME

Our family of eleven stayed here for 10 days in June 2023. The house is brand new, no details left undone on this one. The kitchen, living room, Sonos/TVs, game room upstairs and ping pong table downstairs was a blast and the kids and adults both loved everything. The waterfront boat lifts, dock and slide were a huge hit and the swimming pool was used all day, every day. As equally important, Brad, the owner was an excellent communicator and available anytime we needed him or had any questions. We will be back!!!
