The Space:
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in an open concept living space that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The interior has large windows that bring in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage, making it a delight for both amateur and professional chefs. The adjacent dining area offers panoramic views of the lake, creating a serene backdrop for your meals.

The primary bedroom boasts stunning lake views, a plush king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, dual sinks, and spacious master closet. There is a newly renovated bedroom added on the main level furnished with a queen bedroom. The two additional bedrooms upstairs are equally inviting and are shared with their own bathroom. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed while the second guest room is a bunk room. Inside the bunk room there are two sets of bunk beds. Each set of bunk beds includes a twin over full size bed. The upstairs bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination and dual sinks. Perfect for adults to share or place to give little ones bath at the end of the day.

Step outside onto the expansive patio off the living room, where you'll find the perfect spot for your next BBQ with a built-in propane grill, outdoor dining area, or seating to enjoy your morning coffee, or simply taking in the breathtaking sunrise over the water. The patio just off the living room features a fireplace, perfect for those chilly evenings. Head down the spacious lawn to a private dock with a spacious upper-level sundeck, perfect for sunbathing or watching the boaters go by. The lower level has picnic table and swim platform with removable ladder making it easy to get in and out of the lake. The boat dock includes two slips for boats. One side is a boat slip while the other side of the dock includes a cable lift to hold v-bottom boats.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: Downstairs with King Bed and en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 2)
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
- Guest Bedroom 3: Upstairs with Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Guest Bedroom 4: Upstairs bunk room with two sets of Twin over Full bunk beds (Sleeps 4-6)
- De-attached Garage: Game room with pool table and yard games

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house, yard, boat dock and the separate garage across the street that will be the new game room. Boat lift can hold boats up to 5000 lbs.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is close to local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns, Spider Mountain, Hidden Falls Adventure Park and Inks Lake State Park. There are also several local wineries and golf courses nearby to enjoy.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to this home and around to the local attractions.

We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.

This is a non-pet friendly property. If evidence of pets are found, a fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
