Facility is clean and staff is friendly. The beds aren't the most comfortable but well worth the stay for the price. Have stayed multiple times and would recommend this place to anyone.

Room was comfortable, needs new shower heads and handles. Toilet needs repair, as it had a leak that kept the toilet running about every 5 minutes And shower handle fell off twice, The management was great and very accommodating.

The linens has signs that they were not new. The door was clearly dirty. The floor had a slight sticky residue. There was a very strong chemical/freshener smell. The tub was clearly old. There was only one canister light over the sink area so shaving or putting on makeup was challenging. Its clearly a "shoe-string" operation. The only plus was it was not expensive. We will not be staying there again.

The staff was friendly, and I always like that when I'm in a strange place. The facility was good, everything was neat and clean and so putting the two of these together made for a nice stay at the Lake LBJ/Roadway Inn down in Kingsland, TX ! I shall return
