This was potentially the best VRBO experience my family and I have had ! We spent Labor Day weekend here and wish we could have spent even longer. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. It’s perfect for a family stay (we had our 2 month old with us along with my sister, her husband, and their 3 y/o and 5 y/o). Can’t wait to come back !!

We loved our stay. The view was beautiful and the house was comfortable and homey. The grandkids had fun with the toys and playing in the yard. Our adult kids had fun kayaking and visiting nearby vineyards. We will be back.

Fun on the 4th!

We had a wonderful and adventurous stay over the 4th of July! The house was absolutely comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Our adventure was that we were able to witness a moderate flood of the Llano River! We were safe and were able to admire Mother Nature from under the big porch. Big kudos to our wonderful host who was so on top of things and communicative! Even with the rain and flooding, we had a great time!!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Our littles enjoyed the dollhouse in the bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bedding was very luxurious as well. Our only negative is that the water wasn’t clear and clean in the river. It was murky and then it was running fast after the storm. This had nothing to do with the house. I also would say that the outside yard needed some attention and a good manicure even before the storm hit. We noticed that when we arrived. I would book this Pearl Haus again.

Memorial Day Weekend Fun

We had an awesome Memorial Day weekend stay at the Pearl Haus!The house was spacious for our group of 7 (parents, kids and grandparents) and was well stocked with all the essentials. Our group really enjoyed the water access from the dock and the depth of 3’ was perfect for our kids (ages 8 and under) and our Labrador retriever. A bonus was the shallowness of the area kept a lot of the Memorial Day boat traffic away. The provided water activities such as the kayaks and paddle boards were also a big hit. Katherine was an awesome host and readily available to answer any questions we had. Thanks again!

Spartan Race Get together

The stay was great. My friends had three kids among them, and we enjoyed the river and views of the area the most. The amenities for the water made it a very enjoyable experience for everyone.

Great stay

The house was a lot bigger than I thought it would be! It was great location on the river. We loved all the extras that came with the house, from the kayaks to a stocked kitchen, and tons of blankets and towels. We had deer and other animals in the backyard at night and the outside space was perfect for eating or enjoying the view. Water was hot and shower pressure was great! There is no bunk bed in the laundry room, just a futon now. And the door does not automatically lock , so enter the code again when you leave. All 3 teenagers said they want to come back, so you know it's good.

Best week ever

Our family had a great fun filled week. There were so very many river toys. The paddle board was the biggest hit with the kids and even the adults. We made so many wonderful memories. I would like to thank Katherine for being a great host and having a perfect house with all the needed supplies.

Friends and family getaway

4 families with college age/newly married kids! Wanted a relaxing getaway and we got it!!! The location was exactly what we wanted!! Water at the property- shallow enough to just sit in the water all day! The host has literally thought of anything and everything you would need!! Best little touches I’ve ever seen! And the fun garage has it all!!! This place is now on our list of favorites and we will be back!!

Eclipse party

Everything was as good or better than described. Large, fully stocked kitchen is essential for a large group. Huge outside area with great water access. Water is fun and safe for all ages as it is not deep. Shed is stocked with everything needed for outdoor fun. We even got to know the neighbors and townspeople and overall had a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here with our kids and family friends and their kids. It’s the perfect family retreat. There are kayaks & plenty of water toys for the kids. We enjoyed the fire pit while watching the kids kayak& play in the river. We saw geese, raccoons, egrets, & a gray fox. The home had plenty of space and beds for both families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill out back came in handy as well. Very clean and comfortable with something for everyone. We loved it and look forward to staying there again.

Seniors’ excursion

The property was great for our group — three 70+ couples. We hadn’t seen each other in several months and the patio, dinner table, and living room area gave us great talk-time together. The water was too low to enjoy, but we did sit with binoculars checking out the birds. Got a great pic of sunset the last day. Would do it again.

Wonderful retreat!

Traveling with my husband, 2 grown sons, my mother and brother. This property was clean, organized and well apportioned. We found everything we needed for cooking and family time. We appreciated the roomy covered back porch and the extra beds were a life saver! Beach towels available were a nice surprise. River along this stretch was very shallow but we used some of the water toys which were also a nice perk. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended.

We enjoyed the house very much! They thought of the little things that made our stay so enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Pearl Haus! Plenty of room, lovely back porch and the kitchen was very well stocked with needed pots and pans etc. We have family that live in the area, so when they came over, there was plenty of room for all of us around the dining table. We would love to go back another time!!

Lovely river house

The house was a lovely place to spend time with family. The kitchen was large, modern and well supplied. The setting was pleasant. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. There was room for our group of eight. We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy all the fun toys on the river.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful. They pamper their guests. The fun garage had everything we needed. The water level was low enough to make kayaking difficult but not impossible. But made great fun for our 5 yr granddaughter as we were able to walk out to middle of the river! We had plenty of space! The kitchen really is well.stocked with high quality cookware. We played table games for many hours at the dining table. Nthe only downside for our family was the entire backyard is at a slope which made our favorite yard game a bit tricky. And there was a significant ant problem. But we worked around those issues and would definitely return to this home. Well worth the price.

Very enjoyable.

The house is nice and has everything you need. Only drawback was the water condition in front of the house due to the ongoing Drought, can't control mother nature. You can Kayak 100 yards upriver, and the water was nice, water in the Lake was great.

Perfect for Friends trip on water in a quiet secluded area

This place was everything that we wanted. From the various water toys, board games, kitchen items, there wasn't a thing that we wanted that this place didn't have. We were pleasantly surprised by all the various lawn games, outdoor seating options and multiple firepits. The water in the river was about two feet deep, which made it nice to lounge around in. This property was clean, well stocked and I'd reccommend it again. Thanks

Perfect extended family long weekend

We were here with grandparents and kids. I have not seen a more well-stocked vacation rental - everything we could possibly need was there, and many things we didnt think we would need as well. The lake is shallow here (about 1-2 feet when we went in high-drought summer), but the house had kayaks and stand up paddle board to still make it fun. Katherine was super prompt with all communication. I would highly recommend this home.
