Propreté bien et commodités de la chambre également. Lit confortable et petit déjeuner également bien. Un irritant par contre pas d’eau ou boisson chaude (thé ou café) disponible à notre arrivée vers 19h. D’autres chaînes offrent ces petits plus qu’on apprécie après une longue journée sur la route. En plus dans la chambre on dispose une bouteille d’eau à $4.00. Franchement pq ne pas mettre à la disposition des clients à la réception/espace déjeuner un pichet d’eau pour les clients.

We left something in our room and called and was told it would be left at the front desk when we came back through GA on our way home to VA. Stopped Friday to get it and the front desk had no clue and told us to come back in the morning. We were driving back to VA. I asked her if they could mail it and she said she had no clue. No help and could care less. I wouldn't have cared if I hadn't called about it and told they would leave it at the front desk and to stop anytime. Just frustrating when you drive out of your way to come back and retrieve an item you were told was being left for you.
