This was a beautiful big room. Would stay there again!

Staff very helpful. Property a little dated. Room had about 20 flying gnat like bugs in it but front desk loaned us bug spray. When I returned it I was offered a new room but knew the original was bug free now so we stayed. Would stay again.

Good

Overall this is a fantastic place to stay! My only concern is that there is a steep drop off between the paved and unpaved parking lot, and my Honda Accord bottomed out going over it. I was driving around the building looking for a side door closer to my room. When driving from paved to unpaved (downhill) the drop off not visible. A warning sign would have been appreciated.

The place was alright. The rooms were terrible, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ever. There was bugs in our room, the bed felt like a table with just sheets on it, and the whole place was 80 degrees inside. Will not be staying here again anytime soon.

Rooms have been updated but hallways were in bad shape. We could only get a smoking room and it really stunk.

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was lacking ( no fruit or yogurt) just waffles or cereal. Also no orange juice. Store and gas station closed nearby so had to drive into town about 1/2 mile to gas up.

They wouldn't give us a lower level room - no cars in the parking lot & when I asked why they made some excuse about water problems so some of the lower rooms couldn't be rented. Got in the 2nd floor room & no smoke detector on the ceiling - the bare outlet showing - when I looked in the drawer for a phone book found the smoke detector in the drawer. The remote control had no back on it so the batteries fell out when we picked it up. Looked all over - couldn't find it. The management was unfriendly & made no effort to accommodate a lower level. My husband is 71 & has knee problems & we had to lug all our stuff up several stairs with several trips. Will never book a Super 8 again. Towels were so thin must be 20 yrs old.

Room was clean, bed acceptable. A decent motel for the price. Staff was pleasant.

I needed an inexpensive room for one night...it was a few dollars more than the 'mom & pop' motel but it was convenient and clean. The staff was cordial and breakfast was ready on time. There was no 'flat screen tv' as advertised but I was there to sleep, not watch tv. No surprises at check out.

I spent 11 nights in hotels on this trip and this was the worst hotl I stayed in .stay in handicapped room I have a brace on left ankle. When I left hot water runing in the sink for about 2 minutes I came back and almot fell because of the amount of water on the floor. watre leaked of the facet the longer you left it on.When I cmplained I was acused of breking th facet that noone had complained before. My husband worked in constuction fields for many years and has replaced facets many times he said it was case of delayed maintance. It was unsafe to run facet in handicapped room. the woman I told about problem was rude and spoke broken English,

I booked two non smoking rooms-one with 3 beds that was advertised as having a separate space for one of the beds, and one regular room with two beds. There had been hail damage when we arrived, so we were given one regular non smoking room, and one regular smoking room, but were charged as much for the smoking room with a roll away as for the reserved 3 bed, non smoking room. The 3 bed room, which we saw but had glass damage from the hail, had the 3 beds within feet of each other, quite unlike what was implied on the website. We did have an extra person in the one room (4 rather than 3) and this was the reason given for the price going from $67 to $95 per night for that room. I understand they could not help the hail damage, but renting rooms with boards over the windows seems somewhat unsafe, and charging that much more for one person when getting neither the number of beds nor the the smoking preference reserved seems ridiculous. If it hadn't been late at night I would have looked elsewhere, and certainly will do so on the next visit. They stripped the beds sometime in the morning, and didn't come back until mid afternoon to make them. My mother is elderly with asthma and diabetes. There was no elevator that we could find, and the rooms were on the second floor. I put my parents in the non-smoking room, since the other would have made my mom sick. The breakfast consisted of a couple of cereals and sweet rolls, with no protein. Overall, I will certainly try to find somewhere else to stay in the future. This Super 8 has exceedingly poor service, in my opinion.
