Do NOT stay here, DIRTY.

The place is very run down. Our rooms bathtub was too dirty for us to even feel like getting in it. We were just too tired. We had it booked for 2 nights, But canceled for the second night. We stayed at the Best Western in Sidney, which was great.

Bathtub in our room and we actually had to wait for it to get cleaned "supposedly" before we could check in. NOT VLEANED.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom,however, had a toilet that screeched every time it was flushed and continued to shriek until the tank was filled up. I loved all the plugin outlets for recharging devices.

Clean bed. A/C works. Filthy everything else. Filthy carpet, mystery floating objects in hot tub, smells of stale smoke. I'm happy people come to our wonderful country for a better life. I just wish they'd adopt our standards of cleanliness when they get into hospitality businesses.

They gave us 4 rooms before we found one that was decent, but extremely dirty. The first room was not cleaned, second room we couldn’t open the door, third room had sticky carpet and tv didn’t work, and the 4th room was hot, sticky, and broken window locks. When we looked at the pool, there was no moving water and the hot tub was broken. The hot tub had a green film, bugs, and leaves in it. The employee was on his phone with headphones and each time we went up, but he did help us with each issue. Eventually got a refund and went to a different hotel.

The room # 224 did not have a working television or a trash can. The carpet was filthy as was the shower floor. The bed was clean and the air conditioning worked. Would not stay again.

Broken Promises 3 Times.

I havea three stricksrule for rating any place. Below 3 stars. 1. We arrived after 9 hr car drive and the pool was not in service. Kids super disappointed. 2. We asked for a nice room where no one would be above us. The man said they didn't have 2nd story available. And guaranteed us there wouldn't. 3. Walked in the room no light switch worked. 4. Refrigerator was unplugged. Then the plugs near the center of the room between the beds was entirely a chickens nest of cables. 5. Later that night someone checked I to the room above us. I was pissed. Do not stay here.!!!

The worst hotel experience ever

When we got there we had requested 2 beds and the room had only one bed so we went to ask if they had a room with 2 beds..and they did we went and got our stuff and moved to room 123. The room was very run down and the tub was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned in a while and there was no shower curtain....we had to shower with sandals. This was not the worst of it at 11:46 pm I heard the door being opened due to the thing we flipped the device so they couldnt open the whole way...it was so scary they tried to do this two times. We called the front desk and asked if they tried to get into our room. He said yes he did I am sorry. We hung up and then we heard a knock on the door and someone had papers and wanted us to open the door. we reluctantly opened the door and the worker said can you put your name on the paper. I guess the other worker hadn't told the night person that he switched us. But he should have reached out to the other crewmember to find out what happened instead of bothering us and making us scared to death. The pool and hot tub was broken also. I will never stay her again. Beware it is definately not worth the 96.00 we paid for this room.

Hotel needs many up dates and repairs. You could not go through the front door because it was having problems so you went through a side door. The pool could not be used because the heater had broken. Phone did not work in the room. Room smells a little musty.

The room was ok. Just felt dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. The showerwas slippery and hair on the drain. Husband found a hair in the bed, and toilet under rim was dirty. Bathroom not sanitized. No coffee pot and front desk got me one, and it was dirty. Breakfast was not fresh. Milk for cereal was warm.

After 3 Keys wouldn’t open our room door. Manager offered us a different room. After trekking up & down the steep stairs to get a key that worked it was 11:30 pm, We were to tired! We just kept the room we were in. ( With no working key) We are an older couple and asked for a bottom floor room. Management said the 1rst floor was sold out. Although there was only 4 cars in the parking lot. Then the T.V. Didn’t work. Back down the stairs to get the manager. He said he could bring us a smart T.V. Although we would need Hulu or something on our phone to make the T.V. Work. We declined, and just took showers only one towel and washcloth to share just like the one (expected to share) coffee cup. The hot tub & pool are perpetually broken don’t let the pictures fool you! And the entire place is sadly filthy. One good thing they do offer 24 hr cold cereal to give you the energy to climb up & Down the steep stairs to get the items your room should already have. Highly suggest keeping your shoes on at all times. Make life easy, Find a different place to stay!!
