The pool and hot tub were "Closed Until Further Notice" per an aging paper sign posted in the lobby, so the Expedia listing is false advertising. The room was in disrepair. The bathroom fan was super noisy. The tub was missing a plug, and there was a big glob of black hair stuck to the shower wall and also more black hair left hanging from the blow drier. The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned in a very long time with dirt and muck piled up in the corners. I have pictures of everything if it helps.

Room was average. You could tell the place had been renovated however the bathroom toilet did not look finished. Final details do make a difference in first impressions. Breakfast was sparse, no fresh fruit. Overall average all around stay.

I booked this room 1 hour prior to arrival because of the pictures, a pool, and breakfast. The room smelled so bad, we couldn't stay. I didn't want to leave the next morning and take that smell with me. The pool doesn't work and the manager admitted that its been broken for years and that there's no intention to get it fixed. We immediately left and stayed across the street at the Best Western and had a great stay. The hotel couldn't refund my money because I booked it through Expedia. I have requested a refund expecting it to come through. This is one down side to using an internet site to make reservations as the staff on site are unable to help resolve a problem like this.
