A dining area for six transitions into a comfortable living area, while the well-equipped kitchen boasts updated appliances and countertops. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths round out the interior at Champagne Shores.
Outside, the large wraparound deck is where you will want to spend your mornings sipping coffee. Downstairs, a patio with seating and a fire pit provides a space to gather and reminisce on the day’s activities. Enjoy a game of ping pong in the covered area underneath the house, or soak in the hot tub and relax after a long day of fun in the sun! Rinse the day off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to plan tomorrow’s adventures.
