Check in was very easy and communication was very clear. Place was very clean with everything we needed. Location was great with easy beach access and plenty of options for other activities near by.

The place was very clean and inviting. Very comfortable and kid friendly. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. If you are looking to cook a lot, I would suggest a nicer set of pans (Luckily we did not need to cook much this trip). Otherwise a great location and close to the beach.

Great Vacation Spot

The property was perfect for our little family and two of our friends. I was very impressed with how accommodating the home was for kids of younger ages. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Nice family trip

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (young adults and parents). We loved the proximity to the beach access. The deck was great for morning coffee with nice shade and breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property was clean and well stocked with games for family game night. I would definitely stay again.

My only issue was when the fact that we were only at this property for 3 days and the management company sent someone to switch out the battery in the front door lock during our stay. There were no guests at our property prior to our stay and it should have been done before we got there. It upset my large dog and I was napping at the time. The door was working so I’m not sure why it was even necessary.

Simply perfect

This house meet all of our needs. Clean, organized, had all the needed amenities, great water pressure, plenty of play room for our two year old grandson. Love the locking gate on the deck. TV set up was great, plenty of seating, oh and loved the chairs and kitchen table. All the decorations were simply adorable. The house, parking and location were great for our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location on the island. Easy walk to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants. House was exactly what we wanted. Only real complaint is the pots/pans/stove/dishwasher were very cheap. I love to cook and bought local seafood and the cheap pans and stove made it difficult. You can only run the old dishwasher at night because it is very loud. If you are not going to cook, this place is perfect!

First Time to OBX

Thank you for a great place to stay for our first visit to OBX. It was an easy walk to the beach, close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants, quiet and clean. The home was fully stocked with all dishes, pots, pans, coffeemakers (traditional and kcup), etc. that a family would need. The grill is charcoal, fyi. We had a connection issue with the internet which my husband needed for a quick work thing. After trying to troubleshoot and no success, Coastal Carolina came right away and the problem was solved within 30 minutes (during business hours).

Adorable place

Overall the house was adorable and the location was great for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with things needed to eat off and cook with. There was even cups, plates, bowls, and utensils for kids. The collection of board games provided was very nice as well. There was three complaints that I did have. The first one is the the main bathroom shower did not work properly and was hard to get to turn off or on hot. The second was that the thermostat was locked at 75 degrees and would not allow you to turn it below that and it got pretty hot inside the house. Lastly the downstairs shower to rinse sand off did not work at all.

Great location

Great location. Not far from beach. Weather was a little cold while we were there, but the house had plenty of games and room for us to kick back and relax.

Amazing Beach House

Very comfortable accommodations within walking distance of the beach!! Plenty of space, clean, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off in after coming back from visiting the beach! Would stay again!
