It's very close to a user-friendly beach access ( a short 2 block walk) , #2. its located between the by-pass and the beach road which provides a quiet safe street for kids and walking animals, small talk with neighbors, and biking or walking. #3. Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt golf on the outer banks, and a new town splash pad park for kids a short distance away! #5. The renowned Goombay's Restaurant is a short 7-minute walk from front door to front door!! #6. This cottage also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass! H2OBX Waterpark is 13.5 miles away (Oh what fun!!)
This home is newly renovated and is professionally decorated by a well-known local interior decorator. The home is equipped with all new appliances, including a warming oven, convection oven, dishwasher, top of line refrigerator and stove! The kitchen has nice dishes, and cookware along with small appliances like crock pot, blender, toaster, and a coffee maker.
The Black-out shades and sound machines aid in late morning peaceful sleep.
