Located at milepost 7.5, you're right in the heart of all there is to do and see, including restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more.

Feel the sand between your toes and soak up the sun after a short stroll down the boarded walkway. The beauty of the Atlantic Ocean is sure to relieve you of every worry! Relax your way at the oceanfront community pool.

The 18x34 community pool is open from 4/19/25-10/17/25 from 9 AM to dusk. Also enjoy the community park grill and coin-operated laundry, located on the lower level of the building.

Condo was exactly as it was shown in Pictures and descriptions. We really enjoyed the ocean views despite the 2 hurricanes in the Atlantic, Condo is close to a large amount of stuff to do.

Just what we expected. Floors were sandy (it’s the beach) and slightly dirty. I never understand why someone can’t vacuum the baseboards. Not even every time, but maybe at the beginning, mid and at the slow time of the season?Like all condos on the beach, it’s sinking and as a result, it’s not level. Floors and counters are wonky. But this was a nice unit with lovely views.

Waking up to the sunrise every morning and the ocean views made going back to everyday reality very difficult. We made the 4 flights of stairs a game of kids vs parents which we often lost. The condo was clean and well kept, there were a ton of games and toys in the closet to keep kiddos off of screens!!

Really cute! Well stocked, gorgeous view! The only negative was the 4 flights of stairs. We really, reaaly enjoyed it!
