The property is advertised as elite however other than the location which is indeed elite everything else screams cheap. From the moment we arrived at midnight problems started. The door lock was broken and would not lock from inside. That cost me half a day of vacation next day waiting for their handyman who “got lost” and showed up 3 hours late. The property was relatively clean except for small details like hair on the wall in the bathroom, bathtub bottom was black and there was some non-descript brown spot on the wall by the kitchen. The kitchen and living room were ok but again small details, like the glass table top cut not straight, cabinet drawers hard to pull, brown paper towel provided is similar to what Walmart and Costco put in their washrooms to wipe hands and the toilet paper was see through with public restrooms offering better quality. Remotes batteries were depleted for fan and light in the bedroom and no switch alternative so that meant can’t turn on light or turn off fan. That alone required giving permission for handy man to enter. The list can go on…
The property management company was responsive at all hours however despite what they tell you about making your vacation better they were unwilling to accommodate one small request upon check out.
Once we settled in it was ok but there was a list of at least 10 other maintenance items that the management company knows about and should be fixed.
Location is beautiful, it is safe and the beach is awesome.
