The view and location were outstanding! The amenities were great as well. I cook a lot and the condo had everything I needed! We love the Mana Kai and this condo was just perfect! Already booked for next year.

Best location in Maui

There's not a better location in Maui. Right on a beautiful beach for walking, swimming, snorkeling and just relaxing. Marvelous views from your 7th floor balcony. Well equipped and furnished. Beds are super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place in Kihei

Wonderful location, high up and overlooking the beach and a view of Molokini Crater in the distance. The unit is very clean and updated decor, very nice for a family stay. Our teenagers had their own separate setup, bathroom, tv, etc. The lanai was ideal for eating breakfast and lunch, kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, with drinks, coffee. And the reps from CB were very responsive when we had questions, highly recommend Unit 705 overall. I can’t imagine a more perfect setting than this one, with the views, pool, beach and ocean.

Beautiful scenery

Everything was very nice the only issue we had was the cookware was so so, little old, so was the stove. It would have been nice to have had a keuring coffee maker. not enough paper towels or toilet paper. Furniture was outdated for being a remodeled unit. Other than that, everything was good

Awesome property right on a beautiful beach in a great location! Stunning views from 7th floor balcony - we even saw whales one morning! The location was walking distance along the beach that turned into a paved walkway to Wailea Resorts and other restaurants. Unit was very clean, spacious and had a reserved parking spot. Pool overlooked the beach and ocean. We would definitely stay again! Note: Property manager did not send check-in code via email until right at 4 pm, so had to call support when we got there an hour early to make sure we would be able to get in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 705 at Mana Kai is spectacular. The condo had mostly everything we needed for our 8 days. We did not have a cooler or umbrellas so that would be something to rent if you needed it. The unit was very clean, has updated appliances. I will say that the staff in the Mana Kai was not very friendly, we asked for towels and they refused since we were not a "guest" of the Mana Kai, and also when we requested to use the BBQ there was not a friendly response to request it. Also-Since there is construction going on in the building, there is a lot of noise and jackhammering, which we were not made aware of the Jackhammering until after we got to our unit where they had signs up in the elevator. So it is quite noisy at the pool and in your unit and they have this going on until October 2023. We do plan on coming back and staying at the same unit next year. It is very convenient to the pool and beach which is a big for us having 2 little kids.
