The property is located directly on the beach. Every where you look is white sandy beach! I’m looking forward to going back again! Mahalo

A beautiful and clean condo fitted with everything we might need. Yes, that includes kitchenware and A/C thank you for that! especially since it has been an extremely hot on maui during our stay. we had a beautiful ocean view and the beach was literally a few feet away.
Lovely setting. Right on the beach. Pool was excellent. Rooms PH level amazing view, Large sliding door to the lanai. Very close to the strip. You do need a car if you want to sight see. Very quite area. We would definitely go back.
Property was as advertised, pool area was great, location was great, staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again on my next trip to Maui.

Great complex, though a little dated. Lot's of old timers who probably live there year round. Nice pool area and good snorkeling right off the beach. Friendly staff. Short drive away from shopping.
There was not enough the toilet paper :) !!! We would be very appreciated if some one from housekeeping would ask us if we need anything ??? But the front desk is completely useless, every time you have a problem they put you on the phone !!!??? Is it really front desk or what you call it for show, sorry being so mean , but this is what is . They can can give you only a parking permit or dial the phone if you have a bigger problem. Not good !!!!
The Sugar Beach resort is a hidden jewel in Kihei that cannot be missed! The beaches are serene and magnificent. The location is centrally located for driving to the best sites Maui has to offer. Also into our surprise, right outside the beach, the bay offers spectacular views in snorkeling that is perfect for a relaxing Hawaiian vacations. Small children will love the clear waters for playing and the sunsets cannot be beat! Stay at least 10 days to enjoy this wonderful resource with all of its natural surrounding beauty.
They closed the whole pool area for the entire stay there. Blamed our agent for not telling us. Very Very disappointed in that.
Had a great time, great customer service from the office, beautiful landscaping, wonderful condo. The only recommendation I would give would be to upgrade the jacuzzi and pool.
