Wonderful location. We were in Bldg T which was a little way from the beach bur OK. The accommodations were perfect for 7 of us. Close to restaurants. Snorkeling good. Loved this place. Sunny Maui Vacations kept 8n touch to make sure everything was good.

Great spacious condo for the whole family.

Pros: Overall the condo was fantastic, no ocean view but for the price and space it's ok. It fit our group of 7 very comfortably and could have likely fit 2 more. It had all that we needed to enjoy the beaches like chairs, an umbrella, and even a rolling cart to carry it all in. Cons: Saw a few roaches in the kitchen so we decided everything had to go in the AC. Also found a pair of underwear from someone else's stay which was a bit nasty.

The location was fantastic and close to beaches, shops and food. The condo was nice if a little dated but everything worked well and the property manager was great with communication. My only complaint was about the lack of parking, but that was really minor.

This property needs a major renovation. The pictures make it look much better

We planned to stay for two weeks but due to build up of mould we left after three days. Property management were very supportive and gave us a full refund on the days we did not stay. This might not bother some people but for us it was an issue. Thankfully were able to find a beautiful new place and salvage our holiday.

Fabulous Kehei Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. It was in the perfect location and the perfect size for us. The nly down fall was the glass doors on one if the bedrooms, otherwise it was absolutely perfect. We just hung a blanket so you couldn't see through the doors. Will definitely stay there again in the future. Would like to be able to see local TV too, which did not seem to be an option.

The place was extremely dirty with visible mold in showers and sinks. Carpets were not vacuumed and all furniture had a thick layer of dust Sunny Maui vacations were very responsive in get me a vacuum and cleaning supplies. Although they were not responsive at all when I inquired about the possibility of leaving two days early and getting a refund. A simple yes or no would have been nice. Location was good. The lanai was full of bird crap.

The condo worked for our family but it has some odd features. The layout is weird and one bedroom becomes an access point to a small patio that has seen better days. There is limited seating on the patio with loud ac noise and crumbling stucco. The interior furniture has been upgraded since the pictures. Beds were comfy and bedding soft. Issues were addressed before and during our stay in a timely manner. Kihei is obviously suffering from the economy as there many empty shops and many homeless folk on the streets.
