We visit Maui every year for our Thanksgiving tradition, and this was our second year in a row staying at the Maui Coast Hotel. The Kai Tower rooms are absolutely the way to go spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. This year, our room on the 5th floor had a stunning panoramic view of both Haleakalā and the ocean and watching the sunsets from our room every evening was truly unforgettable. One small downside this year was the new parking fee that began in September. I do feel they should’ve honored reservations made before the change and offered complimentary parking, as the charge was unexpected. Still, it’s not a deal breaker by any means. Everything else about the stay was top-notch. The staff, amenities, and overall customer service were exceptional. It’s also a fantastic choice for families very kid-friendly and welcoming. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year!

Very clean and spacious room. Only staff dealt with was check in reception. Quick check in, later when calling front desk took a long time to answer. Bathtub was an issue, almost impossible to turn on water. Had maintenance come to room to do it. It takes a lot of effort to pull the valve out to get water running.
