Welcome to Palms at Wailea 2304. Come to Wailea to enjoy the most beautiful beaches and best restaurants Maui has to offer. Get ready to make long-lasting memories while relaxing at this recently updated two-bedroom condo at the beautiful Palms at Wailea. This second floor, fully air-conditioned unit is 1299 sf and features 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Plenty of room for your family! Enjoy making meals and snacks (and cocktails!) in the fully stocked kitchen or head out to one of the many fabulous restaurants in Wailea. Palms 2304 is located on the north side of the community next to open space. It offers incredible quiet and privacy - you will enjoy tranquil views of the West Maui mountains and a captivating partial ocean view from the unit and covered furnished lanai. Keawakapu Beach is only a 7 minute walk -- enjoy the sand and surf there, or catch the Wailea Beach Path that runs along the shore taking you to Mokupa, Ulua and Wailea beaches. Also, don't miss spending an afternoon or evening at the large pool and relaxing hot tub at the Palms at Wailea clubhouse.

If shopping is your thing, the Shops at Wailea are only a couple minute drive or 15 minute walk. Check out the fabulous ice cream shakes at Lappert's and the happy hour specials at Tommy Bahamas and the Pint & Cork. There is also live music in the courtyard most nights of the week and comfortable seating to chill and be entertained!

Perfect Condo for Family of 4

Just stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful family trip! Condo is fully stocked with thoughtful amenities in kitchen (extra paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc), bathroom (extra TP) and plenty of beach towels and beach chairs.Beautiful and private tropical and partial ocean views from the family room and the balcony. The furniture and beds are comfortable and it was nice to have a large table to sit for dinner and play family games.The closest beach, Keawakapu, is walking distance but with beach gear is much easier to drive. We toured several beaches in Wailea and by far Keawakapu was our FAVORITE! It does not have a resort immediately fronting the beach, so most of the beach traffic is either from the homes nearby or people from nearby condos. The beach is tranquil, quiet and very relaxing. We only heard one radio the entire time we were there! The crowd consisted of families and retired couples who wanted to sit and listen to the waves crashing onto the shore. The condo is in close proximity to the conference resort my husband attended, only a 4 minute drive. In addition, our new favorite market "Island Gourmet Market" is by far the best place to buy prepared foods, is just a short drive away, or 20 minute walk.Thanks for a beautiful visit and experience! This unit was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The recent renovation has some lovely touches and updated decor. It was very easy to communicate with Jeff and he was attentive to our questions. What a great place to spend two weeks.
