The open-concept living and kitchen area provides a comfortable and inviting environment for you and your guests, especially when you consider that the living room extends outside to a covered dining area, alfresco dining, wet bar, and a mini fridge creates the perfect place to make your cocktails. The unit's washing machine and dryer are also hidden in a closet in this area.

Step out onto the covered lanai, an ideal spot for enjoying meals or a cool drink. It's a true highlight of the property, providing just the right amount of space for a gathering.
