Communication was great and that made check in really easy. The property was fantastic and everything was great. Great balcony to watch all that goes happens on Duval street and close to the best restaurants and bars. Looking forward to coming back.

Key West St. Patrick’s Day

Property very nice, convenient area. Shower in upstairs en-suite did not work but management addressed the issue and resolved the problem. Decks, stairs and railings could stand to be sanded and painted. Barn style door on 1/2 bath did not stay closed and had no handle on interior, management addressed the issue but the door is not wide enough to provide secure privacy for the bathroom.

Great location and was largely as anticipated, but with the proximity to some of the local night life, it was very noisy into the early AM hours. Otherwise a very good stay.

Convenient and clean

Spacious, modern, but will be noisy at night since it’s right on Duval in the thick of things. We liked it because once we parked the car, we didn’t need it.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay at the Sky Suite on Duval. The property was as described and gave us a great place to relax. The people watching from the balcony was a hit. The only down side might be the outdoor speaker from the Bourbon Street Pub a few doors down. The speaker was extra loud highlighting a “not so great” singer one night. This doesn’t take away from the great features of the property, but be aware this is in a lively area. The property manager was great when we had a small issue with no working hair dryers and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property. Comfortable accommodations and a location we would recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Getaway Place

Very clean and stocked with everything you need to settle in for a comfortable stay. House is perfectly located in the middle of Duval Street for easy access to sightseeing hot spots, restaurants or sunset views. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fun getaway

Loved it! Did not use parking spot but nice addition. Window units helped with noise but worth it to stay on Duval. Excellent communication before stay. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend!!!

Great rental

Our stay at this rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to provide the peace and quiet we were looking for. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided helpful recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. The attention to detail in the home, from the luxurious linens to the well-stocked kitchen, made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. We particularly loved the outdoor space – the view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee on the patio. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We can't recommend this rental enough and look forward to returning again soon. If you're looking for a getaway that offers both comfort and luxury, this is the place!

Girls trip getaway

We three ladies had a great stay at this condo. We had no issues. Beds were comfy. Great updated bathrooms/showers. If you are sleeping on the Murphy bed it can be a bit noisy with people out on the street/drag racing etc. The bedrooms both have window a/c units which help keep the room cool but also drown out the outside noises. Would definitely stay again.

Property was in the middle of everything, right in Duval street and you could get everywhere by walking. House was clean, in great condition and had everything you could need. Owners were very attentive and helpful all the time. Would definitely stay if I go back to key west!!!

Our Keys Getaway Vacation

My husband and I chose this place because is was pretty much in the middle of Duval! Once we got into the unit, it was BEAUTIFUL!! Everything looked recently remodeled. (A flight of stairs to the unit, and another flight to the 2nd bedroom.) Both bedrooms ~ each with a full bathroom ~ were spacious, the living area was really big, and the kitchen was perfect size. We didnt need the washer and dryer, but that is a definite bonus for people staying more than a few days!! The front patio that overlooks Duval is the perfect People Watching spot. Management mentioned that parking would be a bit tight, but we managed to fit our 2023 Rogue into the spot without any problems.

60th Birthday Celebration

Came to Key West to celebrate a 60th birthday and this property was perfectly located to food, bars, famous sites and much more! This property has a balcony overlooking Duval which was fun at night to watch the people.
