Oceanfront Marina Condo con todos los lujos

Su espacioso balcón frente al mar será un asiento de primera fila para disfrutar de una vista panorámica del azul del océano y el cielo. Hay toques de fantasía tropical en todas partes, como la "Lámpara de mesa Windblown" en la alcoba de lectura, un peculiar recordatorio de que has llegado al paraíso tropical de Estados Unidos. Y como estás en los trópicos, no hace falta decir que hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones.

La sala de estar es luminosa y bien ventilada, con mucho espacio para que todos puedan estirarse y relajarse. Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición con servicio de cable expandido. Grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren a ese amplio balcón con vista al mar. La cocina está completamente equipada y recientemente renovada con electrodomésticos nuevos y todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar la comida más ambiciosa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, vestidor y también tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio al balcón. El baño en suite tiene tocadores dobles y un "inodoro" separado para el inodoro y una ducha de vidrio de gran tamaño. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se convierten en un rey. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Si lo desea, el segundo y tercer dormitorio se convierten en una espaciosa suite. El segundo baño tiene una ducha extra grande. Estancia mínima de 28 días.

La gran piscina comunitaria y el jacuzzi están situados frente al mar; tendrás esas refrescantes brisas oceánicas todo el tiempo. Hay una generosa cantidad de tumbonas y mesas con sombrillas y parrillas de gas para las fiestas de barbacoa en la piscina.

Awesome Stay!

We had a fabulous time at this very clean condo that is quiet and accommodating. It is the perfect spot !! The shuttles run on the hour to duval street so close enough to the action but quiet relaxing and clean at the resort. The restaurant even prepared our catch .. we will be back

Absolutely Perfect!

There were 6 of us here for my beach wedding. Others stayed in other locations but were jealous they didn’t have our set up. The fishing trips we booked were walking distance and a phenomenal experience. We were close enough to have all the Duvall experiences needed and far enough away to relax and enjoy relaxing! All in all, we absolutely will be returning!

Long Weekend in KW

GREAT GREAT GREAT Place to stay!! The condo and resort setting are perfect, pool and view are as well. Having been to KW many times I knew we weren't in the downtown party area which suited us perfectly. Went to our regular restaurant's (Roostica and Hogfish). Also found one I never knew about The Docks Restaurant and Raw Bar. What a hidden gem! Access to anywhere on the island was very easy. If you plan early enough, make reserevations at Hot Tin Roof for Sunday Brunch.

Key West Birthday Stay

This is a great condo, comfortable for five adults. We especially enjoyed the location, which was close to downtown Key West and had great local eats. The place is comfortable and has a beautiful water view.

Relax and Refresh!!

At first look, as well as throughout the stay, the property was perfect for a ocean/marina view stay! Hosting my in-laws that don't navigate stairs well, the elevator was a welcome entity. On-site restaurant was also a great addition! Overall awesome experience - Stock Island (and this particular property) will be on our list for years to come! Plenty to do, and far enough from Duval street to get away from the KW night-life if you wish.

Outstanding

Beautiful clean condo with exceptional furnishings. We loved being able to sit on the lanai in the mornings to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our host John was very accommodating and worked with us when the elevator was not in service.

We were never told the elevator was not working for months before we arrived. Very noisy air traffic

It was pretty well stocked. But no cleaning products. We were a group of 60+ seniors. And my husband doesn’t walk well, when we got to the condo and found out the elevator wasn’t working it was upsetting.

Beautiful Water Views! Loved our stay!

This spacious condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the nearby restaurant, ability to get on a boat tour right from the marina and only a short distance to the busy Key West area. The manatees in the marina were so amazing to watch and most of all, the ability to just relax and enjoy the water views from the deck made our time there so enjoyable!

Perfect Location

I’ve stayed here before. I enjoy the close proximity to Duval but far enough away to enjoy tranquility at resort. The hourly shuttle service makes it the perfect stay for those that want, both convenience to the downtown action to a relaxing quiet vacation in home like accommodations.

First Timers in Key West

Had a wonderful stay in Key West. Loved the location and the property. Had everything that we needed for a very nice time. Golf cart rental place nearby which was great. Great host to work with. The only negative was that the elevator did not work while we were there. Wagging everything up and down the stairs was difficult at times, but we managed it and still managed to have a great time.

Key West Boat Races

We go down for the boat races and the condos are a great place to stay, easy access to Key West, but have a nice place and great views off of Stock Island. The place is great for Family or Friends to get away and enjoy the Keyes.

Elevator and bugs

After staying at this condo for three years it was very disappointing to see that the elevator was broken again. Three years in a row we had to bring our gear up 3 flights of stairs. They never even let us know it was broken prior to checking in. Thank goodness we are capable to walk up stairs. In addition, there were bugs, freezer was broken, not enough towels, broken gate fob, horrible water pressure in showers and many other issues. We politely let the owner know these things. Intern, he charged us an additional fee for additional cleaning. We booked it for six people and only five showed. I’m not quite sure how we could charge an additional fee for additional cleaning when we had less than the reserved party. owner was unreasonable, difficult, and we definitely will not be renting again. Please be aware of these items.

Key West getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Large enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults with plenty of room to spreadd out. It was very well stocked with everything you need. The four beach chairs and cooler was a nice touch as we did have two beach days. The parking spaces were close by and the views were amazing.

Graduation Trio

This being our first trip to the Keys I was somewhat apprehensive of where to stay. My daughter picked this spot off the reviews. It could not have been more perfect. Quiet and secluded with plenty of amenities. Short 10 minute or so drive to Duval. If get to return this will be our place to stay again.
