Not the most modern place, but it more than makes up for it with its uniqueness, charm, and rich history. The location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. If you’re looking for something with character rather than cookie-cutter style, this is a great choice.The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

So quaint and private. Close to everything and the private pool was absolutely lovely! Owners were accommodating and so friendly and nice!

This was such a cozy rental, very comfortable. We had two couples in the two bedroom two bath room for another couple of needed. There were lots of eclectic rooms to hang out indoors but mostly stayed outdoors with the stunning tropical gardens and pool. Mark was a great host with plenty of suggestions for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking on premises as well. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. It was larger than expected. Unfortunatly the pool heater was not working, but theres so much to do in Key West we didnt have much time to use the pool. We enjoyed the space and complimentary fruit daily.

We had a wonderful stay in Key West. The owners were very helpful and attentive, trying very hard to make our stay delightful - which they accomplished. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the townhouse. Bike rentals were available right out our door. Walking distance to the main sights on Key West. If we come back we'll definitely stay here again.

This was a very peaceful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, the breakfast snacks and grapefruit, the convenience of renting bikes right on the property and having free parking. We were not far from the beach and Southernmost Point for a beautiful sunset and around 15 minutes to Duval St Being a host myself I was surprised that the thermostat was hidden behind a picture and parts of the home were remotely controlled. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay. Check in was with hosts who lived nearby rather than keyless access. Overall a great stay.

The host was super accommodating and helpful, went above and beyond by storing our bags for us after check out. Host is very attentive and nearby if you need anything. They provided some snacks and fresh fruit each day. Very cute spot, close to the beach and decorated very cute. The outdoor areas were very unique, there is a shared seating areas all around the front of the property, with a private back deck and pool. The only downfall was the pool heater wasn’t working, but it was okay because we had many plans and not much time to be at the pool anyways.

The pictures are MUCH better than the actual property. Mold and dry rot was in the second bedroom making it uninhabitable for our daughter. The pool was dirty and not heated. The property needs some major TLC.
