This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just steps away from the back porch in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

The condo was exactly what we needed for a group of six. It had all the furnishing and items for our stay, including beach towels and a kitchen that had all the things we would need (coffee maker, toaster, Ziploc bags, etc).The pool was very close to the condo, and the overall location on Stock Island is nice to be close enough to Key West but removed enough to relax.Great communication from the owner.
