A trip to Key West is like a breath of fresh air! The sounds of rustling palm trees, the scent of fragrant flowers and the smell of salt air are the rejuvenation that only the tropics can provide. This home is a breath of Key West fresh air, or BRISA FRESCA, a timeless, beach-inspired home that seems to be straight out of the pages of Coastal Living. Each room is light and airy with those special island touches. The location of BRISA FRESCA is ideal: just walk two blocks to the Duval Street favorites likes the Green Parrot and Willie T's to enjoy some live music, or down the block to Mallory Square for entertainment and a sunset stroll. Best of all, you'll be less than a half mile from the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach for a day of snorkeling and sun. Combine the beautiful decor of this home with the perfect location and the amenities of a private heated pool and private off-street parking, and you have the ideal spot to relax and recharge.

THE POOL and PATIO...

Entering through the carport gate off of Noah Lane, you'll be tempted to jump right into the luxurious private pool. The pool is large by Key West standards, with plenty of room for the family to swim around with both sun and shade throughout the day. The pool is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges to relax in your own oasis all day. A large propane BBQ grill sits in the back yard as well. There is a full outdoor dining set for six right by the pool for a great island meal after a day of sun.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

THE COMMON AREAS...

The open living plan of the first floor has a light and airy feeling and is perfect for entertaining. The living area has a plush sectional sofa that pulls out into a sleeper sofa option. There are additional comfortable chairs in the extended sitting room around a large flat screen HDTV with full cable and DVD player. The living room opens up to the fully equipped chef's kitchen, a beautifully designed space with gourmet appliances created for those who LIVE in the kitchen (when you're not dining at one of the amazing nearby restaurants). You'll find lots of hidden treasures in this kitchen: from the extra bar seating for three, to the touch-top stove, to the convection microwave oven hidden in the extended kitchen island. Off the kitchen is a lovely dining area that overlooks Emma Street and seats six comfortably. In addition to these common areas, should you have a group that only needs 2 bedrooms, the third bedroom of this home can convert easily into a spacious office upon request.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• First Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a Queen Murphy bed that has a memory foam topper for extra comfort, a flat screen TV, a private porch, and access to the full bathroom in the hall.

• Second Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

• Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, a private balcony overlooking the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Family vacation

The property was fantastic. Extremely clean, had everything you needed and plenty of room for our family of five. The pool was awesome to come home to after a long hot day and the location was perfect close to everything. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Exceeded my expectations

We felt at home immediately! Incredibly convenient to all the sights and sounds. The quiet neighborhood and security was an added plus! We would stay here again and recommended to several of our family and friends. Cleanliness is a top priority and I was extremely pleased with the house upon arrival. We stayed January 2024 with our 3 young adult children and a +1. Location was quiet but close enough to Duval for the younger ones to go out in the evening. Home very well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again if our group was 6-8 people

Beautifully Appointed Key West Home!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We like to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! The kitchen, bathrooms and appliances all have been recently updated. This property is located just steps from the Coast Guard ship and waterfront and a short walk to Mallory Square and Duvall Street. The house was comfortable and quiet with nice beds. The Master Suite has a walkout balcony overlooking the pool, perfect to have morning coffee and read.

Family vacation

Perfectly located with loads of room for our family of four. Easy bike rides to everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. Pool and property were well maintained. Was a little taken back when the landscapers and pool guy randomly showed up. However the guest book of the house does say they will be there just not what time. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions needed to keep the family having a great time. I appreciate all the help.

Perfect vacation! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool was enjoyed by all. Samantha, with Last Key Realty was incredibly helpful with scheduling our dinners, bike reservations, excursions, and even providing us with requested provisions prior to our arrival. 100% would stay here again. We came with a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything (beach towels, cooler, sun screen, bug spray, cups dishes etc) very close to key west’s nicest beach and duval st. Would definitely recommend Shel was fantastic!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at Brisa Fresca! We’ve rented several homes over the years and this is by far our favorite. The home is clean, wonderfully appointed, nothing overlooked. The pool and outdoor space are beautiful and where we spent the majority of our time. The property management company was fantastic - contacted us the week before and met us at the property at check in to be sure everything was just as we requested. They were available for questions throughout the week. The 6 of us ranging in age from 11-82 were very comfortable. Location cannot be beat - short walking distance to the beach, Duval street and a grocery store. We loved our stay and recommend this property without hesitation!!!

Key West Spring Break 2021

Great home with plenty of room for my wife, kids and I. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the pool was very nice. The balcony was very nice for my wife and I to have morning coffee:) The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and a close walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Shel at Last Key Realty and his concierge service was very helpful with questions we had about the keys and with booking some excursions. I would highly recommend this home for families!!
