NEWLY REMODELED in the Summer of 2022 this 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom condo checks all the boxes for your vacation needs!

Located in the 1800 Atlantic condo complex with two large communal swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, fitness facilities, private beach, walking paths, BBQ area and recreation room/ library. The opportunities for entertainment are endless in this private condo resort and the location is perfect. Just 1 mile from the Key West International Airport and 2 miles to Duval Street you are in the perfect spot for easy access all over the island.
The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd floor unit with water and garden views.

Inside the unit you will find a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, shaker style cabinets, quartz countertops and breakfast bar and seating.

The formal dining area for 6 guests, wet bar and beverage center is great for entertaining family and guests.

The living room has sofa sleeper, love seat and accent chair and has large wall to wall glass sliding doors that lead out to a spacious outdoor lanai with outdoor dining and conversation seating.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, chest of drawers, full length mirrors and large sliding doors leading out to the unit's shared lanai. The suite is complete with a private bathroom with custom tile shower, dual vanities and large closets.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, large closet and sliding doors to the unit's shared lanai.

A second shared bathroom is located in the hallway of the unit and has a shower/bathtub combo and custom vanity.

Also located in the unit is a full-size washer & dryer, beach chairs & beach towels. The unit comes with 1 assigned covered parking space in secured garage and there is overflow unassigned parking for 1 additional vehicle or golf cart as available.

Great landing spot in Key West

Although it is a little distance to town, this property is remarkable for its outdoor area. Lush gardens and beautiful pool looking out on the ocean.

Clean and Great location!

This condo was immaculate! Very clean and well decorated. The pool area over looking the beach is great! We loved drinking coffee on the large balcony in the morning. Short walk to Smather’s beach. I recommend this rental!

The condo was very nice, the facility was a little dated getting in but the pool area and hangout areas have been updated. Location was great, definitely recommend renting bikes to get around. My family really enjoyed the condo and it was roomy for the 5 of us.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 5 stayed here for spring break and enjoyed the location and amenities. It took awhile to check in as the security person didn’t answer the phone for 15 minutes and I texted the number for communication to owner to get help with no response. Eventually the security guard came around as he was walking outside. The rental had everything that we needed. We liked the location next to Smathers beach and appreciated the wagon and beach chairs. The swimming pool was also great, not very busy and warm! Would definitely stay here again.

Space was nice and clean on the inside. The building was under construction and does need some help in appearance. I would recommend cotton sheets in lieu of polyester for the value of the property.

Awesome respite in Key West

The unit had anything you would need for staying in or hanging out at the beach. The sheets were exceptional! The pool and jacuzzi area was a beautiful private oasis. The manager was very responsive. We could not have had a better experience!

We booked this for our trip to Key West for Fantasy Fest. The condo is gorgeous and very well equipped! The beach cooler, chairs and towels were nice for the pool/beach area. Not all rentals come with that and we enjoyed it! The pool area is great. Location for us was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!!

1st Timers to Key West

The property is as advertised.We had a great time. The property is very lush with plants and a nice pool viewing the ocean.The view of the ocean in the condo is very limited but that is shown in the pictures. We had an issue in the bathroom, drawers,towel bar & mirror. I reported the issue & it was taken care of immediately. When we arrived there were no paper towels & only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and not necessarily full rolls, We have stayed at several other condos & those items have always been supplied. We decided not to rent a car instead we used Uber which worked well except to get supplies needed. On day 3 we discovered a Winn Dixie delivered so we ordered groceries to be delivered. If you do not have a car do this in advance. We had a late flight so requested to check out at 11:30 but was denied due to others coming in at 4. I was very disappointed in this due to it would not take 6 hours to clean the unit, but I guess they never know how the unit is going to be left.

Nice location and furnished well

We really liked the location as it is away from the chaos of Devan Street. The Pool was large, salt water, and a deep end at 9’. Not many kids in pool area which made it relaxing. The beach was nice but had to look out for the large amount of glass in the sand. Would stay there again.
