This 2019 remodeled home combines 5-star comforts, high-tech and high-end amenities in arguably the BEST LOCATION on The Reef next to world renowned John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Jules Undersea Lodge. Short walking distance from John Pennekamp Park, dive shops, bars, restaurants and marina; or just take the Golf Cart or the cruising bikes on tour. This relaxing home is contemporary & immaculate. We appreciate neat and respectful renters who will keep our Keysee decor and home, as nice and taken care of, as they find it.
The 2 story open floor plan. Both floors have Large Flat Screen TV's & surround sound. The entire home is automated, high speed wifi, Can be controlled from multiple manual wall switches or through Alexa voice control.
Upstairs, High end new kitchen appliances, large dining table & counter bar seating, with convenient half bath on 2nd floor. Master Suite boast a King size Sleep Number bed, en suite bathroom with vanity table, tub with a unique electronic heated massage bidet/toilet.
Downstairs includes a large game-room with Billiard/Air Hockey/Ping Pong table. The downstairs is spacious with two separate bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a lower full & upper twin bunk bed. A dual sink vanity and separate private shower/toilet bathroom.
The backyard faces the swimming laguna. Your own Private Dock behind the home. Small ramp for paddle boards and kayaks. Outside patio seating, with barbecue grill & outside shower.
Provided FREE OF CHARGE, 1 GOLF CART, 2 NEW (3/24/2024) TWO PERSON KAYAK, 1 TWO PERSON CLEAR KAYAK & 2 SINGLE PERSON KAYAKS, 2 SUP PADDLE BOARDS & 1 TWO PERSON DINGHY. There are plenty of fish & lobsters to snorkel with at the dock. The Laguna is also a haven for friendly manatees that enjoy belly rubs. Relax in the outside 6 man Jacuzzi while grilling on the barbecue and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers from your Alexa. Kick your feet up and lounge in the lazy hammock!

You can rent our 23' Hurricane Deck boat that's parked at the home. $400/4hr, $550 all day, $900 two days, $1,200 for three days and $1,500 for five days. With all the rentals, we include a free 1 hour tour with of area and local waters.
OR
You can rent one or both of our band new 1-3 person Yamaha Jetski from your own backyard. Its billed at $150 per RUNNING Hour each.

Holiday getaway

We had a great family holiday getaway. The house was as advertised. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and playing cards outside at the tiki hut. We saw manatees several of the mornings sunning themselves just off the dock. The location was great for doing activities around key largo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Carlos was great to work with.

Weekend getaway

Spent two nights at this property with family. When it wasn’t raining we made use of the water toys including jet ski. On the rainy evening we had fun playing pool. This house has it all including a golf cart. Close to great restaurants and excursions.

We go to the keys three times a year. I don’t like trying new places. This place was a first for us. The outdoor living space is perfect!!!! We will be using this as our first choice drone now on! Do not hesitate to rent this place as it is prefect in every way!! 10/10

Absolute perfection in Key Largo

The most well equipped house, super clean AND great location! We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO! LOVED being on the water. Fish feeding, watching for manatees and just relaxing. This house has EVERYTHING! Not just the basics, but all kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, use of a boat and jet ski! We can’t wait to book again! The owner is so receptive and easy to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you again for allowing our family to spend quality time together at your house!!!

Wonderful stay in the Keys!

Loved this property! House was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable Had absolutely everything we needed including GOLF CART bikes, paddle boards kayaks. Outdoor space was wonderful which is where we spent most our time enjoying the sunshine and the daily visits from manatees. Definitely plan to stay again.

Great place for our Family of five with toddler

We used and loved all of the amenities. It was awesome to see the manatees every day. I was nervous about having our toddler so close to the water but the house itself is pretty baby proof and worked out great. Highly recommend!

None of the paddle boards or kayaks were useable. The seat belt was stuck on the golf cart so we couldn’t use it. None of the shower jets worked in the bathrooms. The owner had set the house up for his use and it was complicated for us to figure out. He forgot to set the locks and we had to call to get in. The worst house I’ve ever had from VRBO.

Carlos's place is stunning! We absolutely loved it! You will enjoy the best Key Largo has to offer. It is spotless, user friendly and so FUN! If you have the chance to stay here, take it!! Loved the manatees and water sports.

The place was super clean, almost too high-tech for us with all the gadgets. I would definitely recommend staying to anyone that was looking for a VRBO in Key Largo. Feels great to see manatee every morning and Fishing off the dock was pretty good.

Lovely stay in Key Largo

Carlos was an incredible host and was there to support us in every step of our vacation rental. The house is nicely equiped for a small group and we loved spending time in the very large outdoor living space with all the amenities (hot tub, grill, dining table, hammock/chair swings, etc). We also got nice visits from the lagoon natives (manatee, iguana, fish). A truly lovely stay in Key Largo!

This place absolute gem ! I loved quietness and all marine life ! House very well equipped and comfy . Outside- just gorgeous! Jet ski and boat for your use - icing on the cake ! Carlos was wonderful to deal with and available for any questions! There is never ending places to explore and restaurants everywhere! We was looking for quiet getaway and this place was perfect. Manatee come by every day and they are magnificent, it was awesome to see them up close! All kind of toys to play with- kayaks , paddle boards, fishing rods, brand new golf cart ! Sunkissed is heaven on earth

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is absolutely the cleanest, well maintained, high end appliances and amenities. Sleep number bed, heated toilet (was my husbands favorite) we honestly wouldn’t have had to leave this house! Carlos supplied the house with kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and a brand new golf cart! The restaurant’s were amazing! We went To all the places Carolos suggested and wasn’t disappointed at any of them. We saw Carlos a few times during our stay. The only additional cost was his boat and jet ski. We rented 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Fishing, site seeing, family of 3 manatee, snorkeling, we found 30 million old giant sea biscuits! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing vacation! We fed the manatee and had a new guest that Carlos hadn’t seen before a sweet young raccoon that we named Rico and fed him nightly. My son caught his first nurse shark right off the dock and tons of fish. We didn’t keep any. The parrot fish are gorgeous. It was like have a life size aquarium right in our yard. What a relaxing stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The owner was accessible and helpful during our stay. The house was fully stocked with soap, toilet paper, k cups, even beach towels. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, and TVs with all our favorite channels and movies to watch while a few storms passed. We enjoyed the fish feeder for a morning show, the hot tub, and it was a quick route to the bay or just hanging out back with the paddle boards and kayaks. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend for a relaxing waterfront getaway near state and national parks.
