Subject: Feedback on Our Stay – March 14-16, 2025 Dear Tranquility Bay Resort Team, We recently stayed at your resort from March 14-16, 2025, and wanted to share our feedback. Overall, we appreciated the quiet and somewhat clean environment. However, there were a few aspects of our stay that could be improved: 1. Limited Dining Options – We found the breakfast and on-site dining options to be quite limited, which made meal planning inconvenient. More variety would enhance the guest experience. 2. Swimming Area Concerns – Unfortunately, the swimming area had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to sit around and enjoy the waterfront. Additionally, a significant amount of seaweed had accumulated, which made the area less inviting. We hope this feedback helps in improving future guest experiences. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Great for families, not so much for couples. Staff is surly, at best. Closed the restaurant in the mornings so sit down breakfast is not an option. Dining in the room is not easy as there is no table. Single rooms lack a closet, merely hooks on the wall. Room was not very nice: broken toilet lever, bathroom cabinet knob broken, etc. Nothing major but at these prices one expects more. Claims to be a resort and charges a resort fee but then charges extra for everything- kayaks, etc.

We stayed at Tranquility Bay Resort for 2 nights. Check-in was very easy in a beautiful reception area. The property was great for families. Our kids love the big pool that has a walk in shallow area. Will stay again on future trips.

Very nice family oriented. Very expensive with limited extras included. Only two places to eat at the resort. Tranquility was recommended for us but on hind sight I would keep looking for cheaper. Very limited area for ocean swimming. If sharing expenses maybe look at it. If you can afford $$$ then go for it.

Will not return and actually left a day early

Resort itself is beautiful but rooms are in rough shape! Not been updated in 20+ years according to front desk. Boy does it show. Well disguised on website, social media. Pictures online do not capture aging, neglected guestrooms. Cleanliness was not there. Marks on the walls and messy, quick fixes. Caulking up the walls + where trim meets walls really illustrated minimal amount of attention they have given rooms. Mold in coffee maker, they were quick to supply new one (but did not take moldy one ??). Electricity did not work in half the unit, husband located the breakers. Had annoying fruit flies length of stay. They were there before we arrived. Part of life, but it was constant. Source was garbage disposal. Housekeeping was very late in day which meant no clean towels. One day they took the used pool towels + forgot to replace with new ones. No big deal but when we went to front desk they told us we could get new ones only when housekeeping came thru to swap the towels. Had to explain they didn't leave any from day before, took the used ones, and didn't clean til late in the day. FYI, pool towels not offered at pools. One day housekeeping came thru at 5pm, just as we came home from long beach/pool day so we missed dinner reservations. Food...there is no breakfast served onsite. No reservations available at onsite restaurant. Tried speaking w/resort manager but got no where. She was well-versed with retorts leading us to believe she deals with complaints constantly.

The property is wonderfully kept. The resort is beautiful. The food in the butterfly restaurant is top notch. The Tiki bar and restaurant is great for an afternoon lunch or a quick dinner. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and always on top of their game. The one monster failure at the resort was house keeping. I was there for 4 nights. They say your room could be made up until 4pm. On 3 of the nights in a row, I had to call the front desk to have my room made up. You are supposed to get 4 bottles of water per day. After getting back to my room after housekeeping left. I again had to call the front desk for water. By the 4th day my coffee cups had run out. So again I had to call. For a 4* hotel this is a total disaster.

Beautiful Pool! Tiki Bar makes a convenient way to grab a bite, loves watching the sunset every night with the lighthouse on the horizon! Will visit again

Great place with nice pools and a great beach. Tiki bar and restaurant are also very nice. Not a lot of other restaurants close so you may need a car to get around.

Great place with a nice pool and beach. Also liked the restaurant and Tiki bar. Only issues we had was that maintenance stopped in one day to install a new microwave in our unit. Would have been nice to get notification that he would be there as we were around the property that day and in and out of our unit. Was surprised when I walked up, and this was going on.
