The staff was WONDERFUL! Receptive, responsive and so happy! They make your stay so special, everyone makes you feel like you are the only guest there! The bartender Jeff makes the BEST drinks, Lizzy and the office staff are all excellent. They know everything in the area that’s fun to do and the restaurants that serve the very best food. Audrey, Jasmine and the rest of the staff in the “Land & Sea Market” on the property was off the charts, 10/10 for awesome service and friendliness, and the food was consistently delicious and plentiful! The chefs were top notch. They make whatever you like and amend the dish as necessary. We wanted to eat every single meal there every day, but we knew we couldn’t because we had to experience other food while we were on our vacation. Grassy Flats has another location down the street 5 minutes away called Bongos, which is so much fun! It’s not a hotel, it’s a fun/party place with water sports and multiple bars, music, and once again, excellent food and bartenders! Jasmin was covering the bar the night we visited Bongos and her drinks are amazing! She is awesome, too! So friendly, so fun, and made us want to go to this fun party place every day! The one and only negative I would mention is that our room needed a little “TLC”. It was VERY CLEAN, which is the most important thing and all we care about. But, I do think it probably needs a couple of pieces of furniture that is in better shape but other than that, our experience was OUTSTANDING!

The smell was very disapponiting i know its out of the control of the hotel. But it was hard to enjoy the outdoors. As for the hotel it had a very musky smell and i had to switch rooms. They did put me in a bigger room and it smelled better however was older looking needs work and updating. I did not recieve silver benefits all at.

Paradise in Paradise.

From check in, to the pool bar, to BB at the outside cabana sports area, the staff was awesome. Location is great, even during lobster mini season. Everything you could want or need you can do right there at the resort. Room was super clean and everything was just nice and relaxing. Could not recommend this place more, if you are looking for paradise in paradise.

Nice quiet stay. Pools were nice. Beach is advertised but not really usable for swimming, snorkeling, etc. The bathtub faucet didn’t work and our air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly - it was always 75-76 degrees inside, which made for uncomfortable sleep. We were told maintenance would come, but they never did. Ceiling fans would have been helpful. Beds were just okay.
