The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view from our room was amazing. The resort is right on the water and offers a serene and tropical ambiance. Would highly recommend!

The smell was very disapponiting i know its out of the control of the hotel. But it was hard to enjoy the outdoors. As for the hotel it had a very musky smell and i had to switch rooms. They did put me in a bigger room and it smelled better however was older looking needs work and updating. I did not recieve silver benefits all at.

Paradise in Paradise.

From check in, to the pool bar, to BB at the outside cabana sports area, the staff was awesome. Location is great, even during lobster mini season. Everything you could want or need you can do right there at the resort. Room was super clean and everything was just nice and relaxing. Could not recommend this place more, if you are looking for paradise in paradise.

Nice quiet stay. Pools were nice. Beach is advertised but not really usable for swimming, snorkeling, etc. The bathtub faucet didn’t work and our air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly - it was always 75-76 degrees inside, which made for uncomfortable sleep. We were told maintenance would come, but they never did. Ceiling fans would have been helpful. Beds were just okay.

The rooms are beautiful. Kudos to the interior designer. However, the restaurants and bars were closed. Only lukewarm water in the showers. Our a/c broke and we had to change rooms. No room cleaning or fresh towels provided. Receptionist not friendly or inviting. Beach full of seaweed with a smell that permeated the hotel (not the hotels fault) but not pleasant for guests just the same. It was our second visit. We won't be going back.

Grassy flats resort and beach club in marathon Florida is an absolute gem! Most of the rooms have a tranquil beautiful blue Altantic view and are very clean. The staff is attentive and hospitable. It has several restaurants with amazing food options. It has two pools, one for families and one adult pool. There are also many activities right on site like kiteboarding. I highly recommend this gem of a resort!

Property is unique, two separate pools. One for families and another for adults only. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Great ocean views. Outside tiki bar was nice with music in the evening. Day time bartender was very nice, evening bartender seemed moody. Land and Sea market was wonderful, great food, coffee, and staff. We did not try the on site restaurant, other guests stated the food was good but spendy. Couple of unfortunate things. One ice machine broke and the second one had been removed. No microwave in the room. When the tide goes out the smell of the seaweed is overwhelming, although you get used to it. Also no alcohol allowed at the pool. Our rooms were nice and enjoyed the couple days spent here, feel it could be more affordable what it is.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful. The breeze was amazing! We loved the option between a hot tub and pool and the face that you had a couple of restaurants on site was amazing! I love to run and there is a bike and walking trail right across from the resort. We had an amazing time. The only thing I would change would be sometimes the smell from the ocean not being up...other than that it was an amazing stay!
