Rental property conveniently located in Marathon with beautiful ocean front views. Outdoor pool and tiki hut were enjoyed by our group but needs to be enhanced with night-time lighting for the pool and yard. Fishing dock was nice but needs the water hooked up to the fish cleaning table. House amenities were accurate to the listing. Spacious for our group of 10 adults. Upstairs tub bathroom needs improved bath tub plumbing (drained extremely slow and left you showering in standing water). Overall, it was a beautiful property enhanced by the gorgeous sun rises!

Let’s start with the positives. The location and the setting is perfect. It is quite beautiful Here is the concerning part. When we walked in, the house had a very musty not lived in smell. It seemed to go away through the week as we aired it out, but it was concerning when we first walked in. The house is very “Tired” looking. There were several maintenance issues that need immediate attention. The obvious presence of termites in the living room wall and upstairs in the loft. Several places on the deck need attention. You had to learn where to step so it wouldn’t feel like you were going to fall throughWe had to call about broken furniture on the property that was just set aside and needed to be replaced. The listing said there is a refrigerator in the tiki bar area. Unfortunately there was a worn hand written note on it saying that it was broken. To the credit of the management company,they did replace it when we complained, but they left the old refrigerator along with the broken furniture on the property. Several lights were out and needed to be replaced Many doors in the house would not latchLack of certain utensils such as no can opener or bottle openerThe upstairs master sweet has no hot water in the shower The toilet in the same room would not flush. Maintenance did take care of that though. Overall, this is a good location and a great setting but it really needs some attention.

The location of this home is fantastic and the facility has the capability of being amazing. There was a concierge agent who communicated very well and was very prompt, but that didn't help the situation. When we showed up there was no power down by the pool and cabana, therefore the pool was not working and outdoor TV area was not working. She jumped right on that and someone cam to fixt the pool and power issue, but it wasn't for two days the pool got fixed. Even after the pool was fixed, the spa never got to temp, the pool lights never worked, the skimmer never worked, but the pool was heating. The first night we went to shower, not a single shower or sink had hot water. For some magical reason there was some hot water day two, but not in the upstairs showers. 11 people shared one shower downstairs for 8 days. While showering the first night in cold water we also found out the upstairs hallway bath would not drain the sink of tub while in use. You had to allow for it to slowly drain. The second night we were there we tried to use the dishwasher and it was leaking everywhere, so we stopped it and found out the seal was broken, so we washed dishes by hand the rest of our stay. On the third night we attempted to use the stove and while it was on preheat smoke started rolling out, turns out it needs a deep clean. They have landscape lighting and outdoor lighting on the house and more than 50% were not working. Maintenance seems to be a huge issue at this facility.
