The main floor includes 4 bedrooms: 2 Master Suites with water views and ensuite dual sink baths, 2 more guest bedrooms and baths, one with an attached bath. The main floor also has a spacious remodeled kitchen plus a separate entertaining bar area for added convenience. Relax in the open living area and enjoy the expansive waterfront balcony with stunning views.

The entry-level can be accessed at ground level or from the upstairs interior and offers 2 more bedrooms and an updated full bath plus a kitchenette and a covered patio. Step out to enjoy your private pool and spa, or take advantage of the 32’ boat dock equip with a fish cleaning station and a 500 lb. commercial ice maker—perfect for your fishing adventures.
