Lots of space indoor and out. Pool was clean and the house was relatively clean. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Would normally be a quiet end of Key Colony, but lots of construction next door and a couple houses over. This should be noted because it takes away from the privacy as well as very loud at times. The canal was not the best getting in and out of so if renting a boat keep that in mind. Down stairs kitchen area and living space reeked like fish and was not the most pleasant area for guest to sleep. Roaches found in upstairs kitchen as well as down stairs inside areas. Management company was responsive to questions. Over all I have a 4 stars because of space, comfort and matched description.

Great house! Just a note about the layout

Wonderful home, had just about everything you need! Management company was great to work with when needed. Only for anyone who’s interested to know the layout, the 3rd bedroom that’s on the lower level either has to go upstairs to use the bathroom or outside and into the additional living space (which has a separate lock). We couldn’t allow our teen to go outside at night for the bathroom so he had to come upstairs so it was more of a 2 bathroom home. Also, please be extremely prepared that if you take your boat out at night, getting into the canal is pitch black….until the house at the end is built, which may shine better light.
