The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The paddle board and kayak that came with the unit was fantastic. The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and both Key West and Key Largo. Grounds were also well kept, with an excellent pool and tennis court. We had a fantastic vacation and highly recommend this townhouse.

We can not say enough great things about this condo! My father in law could not stop telling us during the trip, "You guys knocked it out of the park with this place". The location is excellent, and easy to get too. The quality of the condo, and how clean it is was excellent. We rent condo's yearly and this was the cleanest one we have ever walked into. Maggie was excellent with checking in to make sure everything was what we expected. The fishing pier was a nightly spot for us to watch the sunset, and toss a couple lines in. Our daughters already asked if we could come back in August again. This will be our place to stay when we come to Marathon. Thank you again for the owners for everything, and to Maggie & Don at Key Pointe.
