House is as advertised. Very private on a quiet street and still very accessible to all the sites around town. Great home well equipped with everything my small family needed for a weekend getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Keswick House and would absolutely stay here again. The home was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable for our family. One of our favorite parts was sitting out on the patio in the evenings, enjoying the mountain views and watching the sunset. The surrounding area was quiet and quaint, but still only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Charlottesville and UVA Hospital, which made the location perfect for us.We booked this trip somewhat last minute because my father needed surgery at UVA, and we were struggling to find accommodations that weren’t either fully booked or extremely expensive. This home ended up being the perfect fit, especially because there was a first-floor bedroom that accommodated my older parents since my father cannot easily walk upstairs. The hosts were also incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the house exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Charlottesville area.

Beautiful property! We had a wedding near by and it was super convenient. Lovely host who lives close and asked if we needed anything. Fireplace indoor and out with complimentary wood, perfect for fall.
