The door to room wouldnt lock. Key cards worked but you cpuld just push door open from outside so we had to sleep with door dead bolted and padlocked. Giant brown stain on the comforter of main king size bed. Sink light didnt work. Stains on tables, desk and night srands, like room wasn't cleaned or not thoroughly...??? In the morning the ceiling creaked and made noise as pther guests awoke and ran around. Ive never stayed in a hotel where you can he the floorboards of the second floor creak and snap like that. It was like the room above was going to come crashing down. We found trash and wrappers, from previous guests im assuming, under bed too. I wish we had a better experience there.

Front desk friendly at check-in. I was impressed when I went down to the ice machine in the front lobby area at around 10:30 pm to see the floors being cleaned. The whole front lobby was very clean and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was fantastic. Plenty of towels provided (a pet peeve of mine when motels only provide 2 or 3 bath towels total for 2 guests). Mini fridge was not too mini, microwave provided also. Nice amenities (shampoo, conditioner, cleansing hand & body products). All in all a very good stay for a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Over all a good stay. The pool window as left open over night so it as very cool in the pool area the next morning. Suggest staff check for that after the pool closes at 10 each night. Thanks
