Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Choice

This place is amazing. Stunning view, friendly staff, complementary parking and breakfast, every day cleaning and good location very close to Hot Spring, famous mineral spring of Karlovy Vary. This was my second stay and I was glad to see that the hotel has fixed my only concern from the first stay which was poor wifi. Wifi coverage was much better this time.

Simply wow!

A unique place for a romantic trip. Be sure to order a room with a view to the Karlovy Vary panorama, the rooms facing to parking are not so good :-). Rooms are clean and comfortable. The dining room for breakfasts is simple but meal is very good. The pension is in the middle between the Spring and the Thermal pool, you can see the Colonnade from the balcony. There is a big height difference between the colonnade and the pension but the view is worth the climb!

Great place with friendly staff!

The staff were very positive, friendly, and helpful! The views from the villa were breathtaking and a nice retreat from the masses of tourists down below. It felt like another world, sitting on the balcony and enjoying sunset views while hearing the river below. The breakfast also included eggs made to order on the terrace overlooking the city which was the perfect way to start each day. The parking lot is small but adequate (arrive earlier for a better/easier spot to navigate). There is a path leading down the hill that takes you right to town (1000 steps) so no car is necessary while exploring. We highly recommend!

Pobyt na jedničku.

Pobyt v tomto hotelu byl velice příjemný. Brankou se z hotelu dostanete na cestičku v parku, která vede krátkou procházkou rovnou do centra kolonády. Hotel je velmi dobře udržovaný. Snídaně taktéž v pořádku, určitě si vybere každý. Velikým plusem je vlastní parkoviště, takže auto máte v bezpečí. Výhled z terasy je nádherný.
