The hotel was very filthy. We changed rooms because of how dirty it was. No amenities were included. The photos don’t look like what it is in real life. Don’t be fooled. Stay elsewhere.

Being it is our first stay in Karlovy Vary and we wanted to experience a Wellness Treatment in an excellent place. So selecting Carlsbad was based on great reviews by customers. Staff at hotel and in the pool/spa are not friendly. Customer service training would be a big plus at this location. Older furnishings and decor. Amazing pools and sauna facilities. Great location in Karlovy Vary. Overpriced.
