Rooms spacious and lovely blend of old and new. Pool was closed (one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel) and irritating €15 pd charge for parking - also not clear in booking. Breakfast just about ok. Karlovy Vary a very beautiful place.

Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good. The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists.

Nice hotel with free sauna and swimming pool

The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. However, reception staff cannot speak english but this is not a big problem since we have google translate. The free sauna, steam room and swimming pool are great. The breakfast buffet provides a wide choice of food. As for location, it is on top of a hill so you must climb stairs or walk up the hill, it can be phsically demanding for elderly. The city centre can be reached with a 15 min walk.

Great Hotel with Great Spa

It was first time visiting Karlovy Vary so wasn't sure about hotel location. The hotel is located near the Russian Church up on the hill. I enjoyed walking but if you are going to purchase something from the city center, it would be easier bringing the car as it would take 15-20 min by walking. The reception staffs were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained as well. The best part was spa (wellness center)! There are steam sauna, dry sauna, big bubble tub, and small tubs for foots. It was great surprise to be relaxed while traveling.

Disappointing Stay

The staff had no record of our booking, but we ended up in a nice large suite. Communication with the staff is challenging as few of them speak English (despite the US and UK flags displayed outside). Breakfast was included, but it was poor quality with weak coffee and stale bread in addition to dried up, cold scrambled eggs.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the center, a few minutes walk. It's very clean, the rooms are big, bright. The building is old but beautifully renovated and functional. Breakfast not very varied but enough. The spa area is a small but clean room with sauna and jacuzzi. The pool is sufficient for one hour of relaxation. Staff not very cooperative ...at the reception hardly receive a reply to greet. But they really try...At check-in I had to wait 15 minutes because the lady lobby talking on the phone. Maybe was something important :( Price is as expected, and I would probably stay in this hotel if I return.

El lugar es fantástico, realmente para relajarse. Está un poco alejado de la zona 'comercial', lo que es positivo si quieres paz y sin ruido; pero negativo si buscas un restaurante o tienda (hay que caminar unos 7 minutos cuesta abajo y arriba). En invierno esto da un poco de pereza. La cena se deja de servir a las 8, y ya no se puede comprar otro alimento más dentro del hotel. Hay que salir a la zona comercial.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Stadt war gut fußläufig zu erreichen und man wahr auch schnell im Grünen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Im Spa hätte es mehr Ruhemöglichkeiten geben können, ansonsten war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Die Rezeptionisten waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war groß und mit guter Auswahl. Bei den Parkplätzen muss man schon gut im Parken sein, damit man sein Auto nicht kaputt macht.
