With an updated interior, full kitchen, and a location near the outdoor pool, there is no doubt that this is an ideal place to stay on the east side of the Garden Isle. Equipped with a brand new microwave and washer/dryer, this rental's amenities ensure your trip will be a breeze.

Besides the beach, ocean, and pool, you can stroll across the street for your morning coffee at Starbucks and lunch at locally-owned eateries. Head north a mile and spend the day in Kapa'a, where you can park once and enjoy the beach, park, open-air dining, and shops. This condo with ocean view is lovely. Kapaa is a convenient location. Love the unique reefy coastline. My mom uses a walker, so I appreciated that there are no steps, stairs or carpet.

Great location for being able to access the whole island. Good kitchen and barbecue to make all you own meals. Incredible lanai for staring at the ocean and having meals outside.

Beautiful ocean view, very convenient to stores, shops, and dining. Screen door was broken, looks like it’s been for a while as an old “parts ordered” sticker was on it. Living room sofa was a bit discolored/dirty. Beach chairs/ portable umbrella, and cooler were nice to be able to use. Over a good stay for the value.

We stayed at the condo for 10 days. The pros were that we were centrally located. The property is small but very nice and has ocean access and beautiful views and sunrises. Pros in the condo: extras provided like laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and detergent, coffee and cookies were a great touch! Providing beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler was wonderful to have. It has a ln air conditioning unit in the back of the condo that provided enough coolness for the condo. The main room got a bit warm but had fans to help. Cons: the place needs updating and a good deep cleaning.

Great location, not a lot else.

Not extremely impressed.Rust on lamps, refrigerator, window frames. Pitted fixtures in bathroom. Bed is not comfortable at all, neither is the couch in the livingroom. Biggest problem was the AC did not cool the main bedroom at all. Fans in the hallway was somewhat of a help, but not much and in the way when walking.Showerhead needs a good cleaning and the shower curtain wraps around you when showering. Diswasher ran on heaviest cycle, still had to hand wash the dishes as the were not clean at all.
