Overall very nice. I'm guilty of not reading the description thoroughly. No ocean view, no pool view. It faces the mountains and the Safeway.Also very convenient to excellent restaurants and groceries. Happy hour at Oasis was way too convenient

What an amazing spot! We went with our 2 year old and 7 month old and we had an absolute blast! The room unit is stocked with everything you could need and is set up perfectly for a family. The pool was way nicer than the pictures show and the water slide is as a huge hit! You're walking distance to a lot of great spots but I would skip the restaurant on the property because it was just ok compared to the other food we ate.

Everything from the unit (included laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen, balcony, beach chairs and umbrella provided!) to the resort facilities (pool, restaurant, beach with chairs already laid out under shady trees) was better than we could have hoped for a first trip to Kaua'i!

This condo was perfect for our party of two. The location in Kapa’a was exactly what we were looking for - easy drives to Lihue and the north side of the island; good restaurant options nearby; a grocery store right across the street; a fantastic pool and easy access to the beach & walking path. Not a bad drive to Poipu either. For our prior visit to Kauai we stayed in Poipu and felt like it was a hassle to drive to the north end and on heavy traffic days just driving to Lihue was a pain. Staying at the island’s half-way point was perfect! The condo was very well stocked with basic necessities which simplified our grocery trips. The condo is very clean with comfortable furniture and full size washer & dryer. There is AC as well as two ceiling fans. The condo’s location is around the corner from the pool so while you have easy access to the facilities, you don’t hear the noise. Gemma is very communicative and provided all of the instructions we needed as well as her personal recommendations for island food & sight seeing. We loved this complex so much that we plan to return again soon.

Gemma was right on the ball with our question. Unit is well stocked kitchen wise. Please change the furnace filter, especially the one in the ceiling as we used up most of the plentiful Kleenex. View ain’t much with this unit. This was our 7th stay at WBR.

Lovely place. Wish we stayed longer. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect with stores across the street. Great local recommendations from the host and good clear instructions upon checkin and check out. The beach, pool and gym were all excellent as well.

All in all, probably our best VRBO rental ever. Gemma provided a wealth of information prior to our trip which helped our travel planning greatly. The unit itself is very well apportioned, with good quality furnishings and appointments throughout. From the bedding to the kitchenware, all was top notch and in great condition. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo and resort! Not only is it immaculate, it has all of the amenities anyone could possibly want. We appreciated how conveniently located the condo is to all parts of the island and would definitely choose to stay here again! Gemma and Mike are terrific hosts with great communication and their place is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. You can’t go wrong picking their place for your visit to Kauai. I highly recommend it!

Gemma and the entire team at the resort—including Mr. Kevin, the General Manager—ensured our stay was nothing short of five-star plus! This resort/private residence is hands down the best on the island. Absolutely stunning coastal frontage, top-tier amenities, and a phenomenal swimming pool. I mean seriously—who says they have trouble swimming from one end of the pool to the other? This thing is massive!We had an incredible time. There was truly something for everyone. And talk about location, location, location! Being on the east side, we were right in the heart of everything—which turned out to be a huge blessing for us.Thank you so much for the extra thought and care with the chairs and umbrella—they came in very handy, especially for our needs with accessibility.
