2/10 Would NOT recomend!
The hotel was heavily under construction but we were not warned or notified of this prior to arrival.
The construction crew were in the way throughout our stay and even blocked access to the elevators at one point. At one point for at least 1day only 1 of the 2 elevators were working.
There was dust everywhere and paper on the floor to walk on bc of the construction mess.
The staff who were present tried very hard to accommodate everyone but the hotel was full and very much understaffed.
The pool is small and was not supervised so it was overrun with children without adults. We asked for staffto address the issue 2x and it was unsuccessful. Older children were jumping and diving in the shallow water splashing smaller children and adults and running throughout the area.
Additionally people were running down the halls and screaming after 11pm and staff were unable/unwilling to stop the behavior. The lobby was hot and unpleasant likely bc of all the construction crew in and out so frequently.
Breakfast is NOT included as part of the stay and cost $9-$14/day. Food was not worth the price. Also, Small water bottles in the rooms were $2/each rather than free.
The room itself was clean but smaller than expected and we were NOT booked in the room as advertised.
For the price point, this was NOT a good deal and I would NOT stay here again or recommend to anyone.
