Located in the highly desired H-building due to its close proximity to the beach and the Terrace amenity center, H301 is a newly renovated top-floor condo with a spacious patio that offers panoramic views of the ocean and the island of Maui. The condo is only steps away from the Terrace's newly constructed (2020) amenity center, which features a pool, spa, kiddie pool and upgraded BBQ facilities.

H301 features a newly renovated living room and kitchen, showcasing high vaulted ceilings, brand-new cabinetry, light wood flooring, and all-new furniture (2023). The spacious living area opens to a private patio through large sliding glass doors, allowing guests to dine indoors or alfresco.
