Located 7 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown this big house has it all. Beautiful big landscaped back yard for with a fire pit and hot tub makes for fun filled evenings while the wrap around deck makes for an amazing sunshine filled morning while sipping on your coffee. Two living rooms makes it enjoyable for the entire family as kids and adults have their own space with games and TVs to boot. Very large rooms make the house feel spacious and welcoming and the big windows in every room let the beautiful scenery in. The paved walking path just below the house make for a beautiful walk along Twin Lakes and a short nice walk to Juneau premier kids park. Master bedroom has a jetted Jacuzzi tub in a bathroom big enough to be a bedroom as well as its own access to the back yard and a walk in closet big enough to sleep in. The second room has a king size bed bunk bed with a full above and a pull out single under that can sleep up to 5 comfortably. The other two rooms have queen size beds again with full bunks above and pull out singles below. There are more than enough dishes to accommodate large groups as well as dual ovens and a gas stove range to help feed the masses. Vehicles available to rent upon request.

The vacation home is heated and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
