El monte Laguna y el lago Cyamaca están a solo minutos de distancia con miles de senderos, pesca, paseos en bote, observación de aves, campamentos y paisajes increíbles. El encantador estudio tiene una cama queen size, baño separado con bañera y ducha, cocina con cafetera y tetera Keurig, nevera grande, microondas, estufa con horno, tostadora y licuadora para su uso. Remote location a top North Peak a 6000ft. The view is just amazing with a deck to take it all in. Coffee and Knitting each morning. Amazing being up above the clouds. It was exactly the retreat that my wife and I wanted. The place can be a little tricky to find after dark so checking in during daylight is key. Once you’ve found it the first time, it’s easy after that. It has all the things you need. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Does get windy and chilly at night so be prepared for that. This Monday writing this, I feel so refreshed for the week ahead.

This is an amazing little jewel of a place. The last mile in getting there is very interesting and perfectly sets the stage for the sense of remoteness this place offers. Our only regret had nothing to do with the unit, but being at the top of the mountain, being inside clouds sometimes prevents you from seeing the stunning views. Highly recommend.

Perfect little cabin! Very remote and private…celebrated my birthday here w husband and dog…the views are gorgeous, it’s a retreat for the soul! If you want to truly get away from people I highly recommend- you won’t want to leave :-)

We had the best time here! Such a peaceful and cozy cabin. We loved waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. We are very happy we drove up for the first time in the daylight, but quickly got used to driving up the mountain. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very special location at the top of a mountain with views for days! Some little quirks, but it all adds to the charm. I'm glad we had an AWD SUV for the drive up, though 98% of cars should be fine. Just don't take your Italian sportscar!

Beautiful mountain getaway!

The drive up the mountain is already beautiful, but getting to the top and the view overlooking the mountains is something that needs to be experienced. My husband and I loved the cabin, the home-like feel, and the ability to watch the sunset and sunrise from pretty much anywhere in the cabin!

Amazing experience!

The cabin is located in a beautiful area, it had really nice amenities, and every little thing I needed was in there. I might just have to go back sooner than later! The view was more than worth the drive up the hill. Loved it!

Incredible Getaway!

The views from this cabin are incredible. You literally wake up with a full view of sunrise in front of you. Super cozy with the wood burning stove going. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved it and already looking forward to staying there again.

Great little scenic cabin

The view is awesome and it is still pretty close to things in Julian. You may not want to make the drive up to the cabin at night since with the beautiful remote views comes some rough roads, but totally doable. Enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful Location

We came up for a 4 night stay, and it was amazing. Sunday and Monday we spent the day in Julian. But we kept wanting to go back to the cabin to relax with the beautiful view. Everything you could want and need for a vacation in the mountains. Only caution is that a car with 4x4 would be wise, as our little sedan had a little trouble getting in and out of the property.
