The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were remodeling so they are working on upgrades throughout. It was a bummer that the hot tub was closed and pool was ice cold. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights. The first night, the bathroom switch was not working exactly right but it was alright. The next night we stayed, there was a large stain and tip in the curtain (which the staff made a note of to take care of after we left) and there was dirt all over the window sill from what looked like people coming in and out of the window to the room. Breakfast was a nice mixture of hot and cold choices. And they did pretty well to keep it stocked up throughout the breakfast time. Overall a nice stay!

The hotel was clean with very friendly staff. The rooms were nice. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food and they kept everything stocked up nicely! They were currently under renovations and we were told that there would be some construction noise during our stay, but it was very quiet. Was a very nice stay.

I have visited this hotel often, and I have never been disappointed. Specifically, this last time, I arrived at the hotel at midnight after a 23 hour flight from Vietnam, and the staff was overly accommodating to me, more than I deserved. I would recommend this hotel in a second!

Staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was a bit on the less than good side but by no means the worst. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the bathroom in the room felt a bit crap. It had broken tiles and they moved when you stepped on them. The free body wash, shampoo and conditioner were genuinely awful. By the 3rd day, made my hair start falling out; so bring your own.

Everything was fine until they booked a room full of kids in the room above me who jumped and yelled and jumped and yelled until 2:00 AM. I know that is what kids do and it’s not technicality the hotels fault but the room should have been on the first floor away from guest trying to sleep.

The staff was great. The pool was not clean there were chunks of hair floating in it. The room was nice and clean. We were there during a winter storm and the power went out around 1, it kept going off and in everytime kicking the fan off and on. Which kept us up all night which is not the hotels fault, but could have been handled better, out of order signs on elevators. Etc
