Check in was great, they had a weird candle burning when you walked in. The smell gave off a * trying to hide something * vibe! The pool and hot tub were shut down till the 14th. I'm sorry, BUT if a hotel is going to close a certain part of their hotel. This should be on their website, so you know NOT to book that hotel. After sitting in a car for 4.5 hours, i was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub. When your MAIN photo for your hotel is the pool and hot tub!! Second, the beds NOT comfy. Sheets and blanket, dirty. Had other peopls hair all over my sheets. I went down after check in, complained. Young lady said, sorry house keeping doesnt arrive till 9am. Mentioned it at check out, samething. Breakfast was good.

The room good till the 2nd day we found a roach on the wall I take a picture kill it and let the front desk know. He said it was noted and the morning front desk person said I was supposed to call the front desk and let them come kill the roach so they can see it there self. But who is waiting or risking a roach getting away or getting in my bags.

We booked this hotel for the pool specifically for our 2 year old. The pool was ice cold and could not get in it, and the hot tub was murky looking and the bottom of it was all sandy. Our toddler was up basically the entire night because people were stomping around till 3 am. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and ended up only

Everything was wonderful. It was an extended stay so the only thing I would say was Christmas morning. There was a surge of people for breakfast and they ran out so we weren’t able to eat. And then not the fault of the hotel, power went out, so we only had power in the bathroom, which we may do. But overall, it was a good stay.
