Pool dirty hot Tob dirty with dirt bubbles sauna find. Went to have lunch drinks service bad bartender didn't know what kalua cream half glass for 10.00 5 drinks 1 appetiser 60.00 Sevice terrible. Room very clean front desk very nice. Would not say again Bar back people complianing no waitress bartender only Real bad experience we stay at hotel every 2 weeks
It was very nice and clean our room was amazing. The front desk was so nice. They had a lot of college kids come in and they told us they wanted to upgrade us to a suite so we werent bothered. We had our 10mo old with us! They had a crib for us it was a wonderful experience and we will stay there every time we come visit our daughter!!

Very pleasant and helpful staff, easy check in, yummy restaurant and full service bar (with late afternoon happy hour). Lobby has indoor gathering space and large outdoor space with a faux firepit. Very clean. Fridge, microwave, vending on each floor, rec room and pool. Nearby other fast food restaurants. Just north of I-80 exit by the Joliet Junior College off Houbolt Ave. (not sure if semi parking is available). Lyft and Uber services are available (Jefferson Street has many restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, etc within a couple miles). One of the newer and nicest places to stay in the Joliet area.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet; we didn’t hear anything above or next to us the whole weekend. We used the pool area with our grandkids. It was the right temperature and enough space.
Beautiful, clean and staff was very friendly. The pool is very n9ce. There's a sauna and hot tub too. The fitness room is the best I've seen anywhere. All Life Fitness equipment. Weights, leg press, treadmills etc. They have bonfires at night too. Overall....nice property. Will be back.
