Perhaps to better-guide guests looking for the unit in an unfamiliar building, instead of sharing pictures, or in addition to sharing pictures, when the guest arrives in the building - go down to the entrance to the block and share GPS location e.g. via WhatsApp. Then the guests can navigate using GPS to that entrance.

Close to jb immigration, 15-20 mins walk , with dedicated overhead sheltered bridge. Apartment a little run diwn, but ok. Reasonably clean, and with 4 aircinds in a 3 bedroom. Tv super small, comes with u tube n google. Staff friendly, bedding ok, kitchen utensils standard with oven n microwave. Swimming n children okayground available on 4th floor. Lits if food around rf area. Walkabe to city square or yse grab to go further. Overall a much better stay than expected except for the many small roaches running around.

We stayed one night at this property. The apartment was great, easy to get to by walking from the JB checkpoint, spacious, and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that because we booked day of, we did not receive the email arranging check-in before leaving. When we arrived, it was very confusing to figure out where to go. There is no central front desk, and the address we had was to the building where the office was housed, but not to the office itself. Luckily I had roaming data and was able to WhatsApp the staff. They were very helpful and met us quickly to help us get situated. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.
